“The drinks are genuinely creative, with unexpected ingredients, hibiscus flowers, beautiful garnishes, and combinations you’re just not going to find at a typical bar around here. Everything feels thoughtful without being overly serious about itself.
And Jedidiah himself is half the experience. He has this hilarious country-comedy flair that somehow fits the whole place perfectly. Come for the cocktails, stay for whatever is going to come out of his mouth next. I fully expect to see him take that comedy career far someday. Truly one of the best little late-night spots in Carbondale.“

“We got out of the hot springs at 10pm and were super hungry. Everything in town was closed, and we thought we were going to have to eat at the gas station. But we were so happy to find this place. The bar tender was welcoming and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and we had a fun time there. We were so grateful to find this spot and get a good dinner.“
