My wife and I booked two nights at the moonlight suite, and I cannot recommend. We arrived to a closed distillery, “room service” only if someone was willing, and a “box elder bug” filled room. Would not recommend.

Rooms: High tech rooms, the ultimate washroom with a waterfall shower that you never want to leave, fireplace, private patio, amenities too many to list and the bed and pillows assure the perfect sleep.

Nearby activities: Movie theatre, night life, any variety of dining, bakery, ice cream and relaxing and truly enjoyable shopping. .

Safety: Definitely felt safe and secure our entire visit.

Walkability: Every store, day or evening entertainment and dining were only 2-4 minutes within walking distance.

Food and drinks: The bar has the complete variety of adult beverages, most of which are brewed on site, as well as innovative adult beverages. The appetizers are high end cuisine. The bartender, Hannah, was kind, fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

This Distillery, owners Carey and Cinnie also employee darci are absolutely fantastic. Their products are amazing, distinct and different than anything you have ever had. We would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to everyone who is able to visit. A+ will return for sure. Bought many bottles of their product

We stayed here for our Wedding Weekend and actually bought at the other guestrooms for some of our other guests. It was the perfect location for a Carbondale Wedding right on Main St. On the main arrival day, all of our friends met here for beverages and it was so fun catching up.

We also hosted our Post Wedding Brunch on Sunday and it was so much fun! The elixirs really helped us recover- and some even enjoyed the Bloody Mary's. They let us bring in outside Catering (Plosky's soo good) creating an amazing Bagel Brunch.

The guestrooms are modern, spacious and clean and have everything you need. My now husband ordered us flowers to be delivered the night of our Wedding and it was the sweetest thing.

Had a great experience today. Charcuterie and whiskey flight. Amazing! The owner came out and talked to us for about 20 minutes. Super fun place.

We bought out the Inn for the weekend so only wedding guests were staying there. The bride and groom had a lovely room with a private outdoor patio.
Marble Distillery and Inn is a unique place to stay in the heart of Carbondale!
For the brunch, the layout was absolutely perfect! Guests walk up to the outdoor seating area with the fireplace. The double doors were opened and invited guests to fix a plate then to the bar to enjoy beverages made by their EXPERT cocktail artists! Dining tables were set up in the room with the food plus the bar offered plenty of seating. The upstairs balcony with fun views was also open to our guests.
From start to finish, this was an easy event to plan and execute with the wonderful Jessica!

Went here for the first time and the bartender (David) was so helpful and made beautiful delicious drinks for my family and I!!! Great place to come and just chill and enjoy yourself!

This place is the BEST! A few buddies and I did a distillery tour followed by a whiskey tasting and it did not disappoint. Connie and Carey were amazing hosts and we had a terrific time. The drinks were amazing and the tacos are ?

If this isn't on your list of places, then get a new list. We have loved this distillery for several years now, but with our service with Dave today, he went up and beyond to make sure that we truly experienced and enjoyed everything that they make.

Fantastic boutique hotel. 5 star quality room, bed, bathroom. Really appreciated the decor. The bar, staff and drinks were top notch - was an absolute added bonus. Absolutely we will stay here ! Loved the place.

Owners were so nice and the space was amazing! They were closed for some spring cleaning but let us in to buy a couple bottles. Ended up having an amazing chat and learn so much about the brand.Go visit Marble Distilling, they are awesome!

I checked out Marble Distilling for some cocktails. I have to say the Moscow mule is probably one of the best I’ve had in my cocktail adventures. The atmosphere is a chill with an industrial tall ceiling look and awesome staff. The brand is focused on sustainability and the staff talked about some of the distilling process and showed a ton of passion for their business. Definitely check them out when you’re in town!
