“We were immediately greeted with a nice vibe and friendly staff, and the owner Eric and our server Lizzie made sure our visit was completely comfortable the whole time. They were happy to answer any questions and fulfill any requests we made throughout our dinner, and the food was prepared quickly and with good portions, too. The food was excellent with a good amount of spice (we like spicy food but they have mild options too), and every dish was full of rich sauces and intense flavors. Overall amazing food and fantastic service, and I would definitely recommend eating here.“

“Have to say that this is some of the best Thai food we've had EVER! Really enjoyed the appetizers, sushi, and mains. Chef Eric puts himself out there with the quality / love in his food. I wish this place was in Fort Collins, but alas we'll have to travel out as much as we can to enjoy the food at THC. Enjoyed this place immensely and would recommend this over some of the bigger establishments you might find in Glenwood or Carbondale. Great work, THC Team!“
