They screw up our delivery orders every time! I send 2-3 emails with our concern about the food & slow service for delivery asking for a refund and the manager rarely responds. When you spend $100 every time it should be halfway decent! Steer clear of this location!
They brought out our side dish (tator tots) 20 minutes before our main course. When I asked why they would do that I was told their policy is to bring the food out that is done so it will be hot and fresh. I eat at other BWW and they haven’t done that yet. I will give them 1 more try in the future since they just opened.

A lot of standing around and not much observation.
People looking around confused everywhere.
When the food finally did come out, the flavor and the cook was mostly good.
I hope they figure it out.
