I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, and cheese.
I got a bowl of guacamole, salsa and cheese.
You can’t talk to anyone at the restaurant and the Pepper chat is worthless.
Today I went to the Chipotle on Allen Street. I pulled up and the sign on the door said “online orders only” so I placed an online order per their sign on the front door. 2 min later ppl started walking in (12:20), I walked in and got in line.
When it was turn (just min later). I explained the situation and that I was there… they could cancel my online order and just make my burritos and go. Employee went in back and said - they are making it in back. So, o ordered something...read full review
Just got turned away from dining in after purchasing our dinner with my 2 & 4 year old and am pregnant. The only seating accommodating us was too close to line.
We could sit in a two top in the back but with an extra seat that violates fire code.
Also was not given the chips I purchased. Had I been able to review my items in my bag... I would have been able to catch this. This is not the first this chipotle has not fulfilled our order in its entirety
