This store is operating illegally with no tax ID number nor EIN (employee identification number). Additionally, they refuse to provide W-2’s for their employees so that they cannot file taxes.
Please report them.
Worst ever customer service. Manager Joe refused to refund ticket after waiting 1hr 20 min for food. then the driver stated he left food at the door. Which we never discovered. The Manager told my wife that it was her problem. We did not receive food or a refund. we will be contacting the GM and the cooperate office in regards to the unacceptable customer services...
