No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

No Cow Bakery is hands down the best gluten free bakery I've been to. Their staff is incredible, their food is delicious, and they are almost always willing to give you a sample so that you are sure you're going to like what you purchase. Though their prices might be higher than a non-allergy friendly bakery, they almost always have wonderful treat half price in their day old shelf. Give it a try, and I doubt you'll regret it! So whether it's ready to bake bread, or delightful confetti cakes, they truly have something for everyone.

I have not been disappointed by anything at this bakery! The take and bake cinnamon rolls are my favorite. Along with the poppy seed muffins. So grateful to have this in CR.

my little boy said we should leave them a billion stars. the ladies working were amazing and so generous. the food was so delicious. highly recommend to anyone whether you are in need of allergy free desserts or not.

I called this place for homemade bread and they gave a price of $11 for a half of loaf of regular 🍞. INSANE, I would never recommend nor would I go, I'm insulted by the price not a place for me as a customer.

On your drive up to Denver or even driving down to the Springs stop by and grab something. You won't regret it!

We ordered from here for our one year olds birthday and were beyond impressed! From the beautiful, tasty smash cake to the to die for apple crumbles and cinnamon rolls, both us and our guests were so happy. We could not recommend this bakery more!

I thought finding a bakery that could make a cake for our baby with a milk and egg allergy would be difficult, but we are so lucky to have found No Cow! That made the best smash cake for our daughter’s first birthday and the customer service was top notch! It was so delicious and adorable! We will absolutely be returning!

The BEST gluten free, dairy free and nut free options in colorado hands down! They even can do soy free upon request. The owner is so kind a compassionate and really want people who have limited options normally due to dietary restrictions to be able to enjoy eating fun things!

I heard about No Cow from a neighbor because my daughter has a dairy and egg allergy. Her birthday is coming up and it was a beautiful and wonderful experience to go somewhere that she has options. We were greeted with warmth and helped by various members of staff that were all friendly and good-hearted. We sampled some of their goodies and ordered some small individual cakes to try flavors she’s never been able to try before. We took our time and then ordered her birthday cake from them. We found a new favorite local spot and are so happy to have business owners that see the gaps in our community and do it incredibly well.

Wonderful bakery! Very attentive personal. My wife was unsure what to get. We got samples over samples! That’s what I call customer service.
We were glad we found a good bakery which specifically does gluten free and also so good.

I cried. Literally.
Must try!

I didn’t have high expectations because of it being vegan too. I was looking for a safe breakfast on our way to Colorado Springs.
This was right off I25, and easy to get to so we made the stop.

The hospitality from the moment we walked in the door was incredible.
We were given some samples and I took a bite of the pretzel and literally cried.
I was dx celiac 15 years ago. I haven’t had a soft pretzel since.

The sample plate had a serving for both my husband and myself. I assumed we would be sharing small samples.

Everything was delish! Even my gluten eating husband said it all tasted great.
Go support them!

One of the most incredible places I've been! It's so hard to find good GF and DF items that aren't dry, dense and gross. This is quite literally the opposite! Huge shout out to the staff on shift while I went! They were super nice and walked us through the menu. Highly recommend to anyone, even those who aren't GF and DF!
