No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

I just wanted to say what a wonderful blessing Kendall was to us yesterday and what a tremendous asset she is to this delicious bakery. She went above and beyond for my family which had just suffered a huge loss. Thank you again Kendall for your incredible kindness and for the delicious food. Amazing food and service. Nicest employees and so helpful. Best stop we made on our trip to Colorado. Hubby is deathly allergic to dairy and everything was absolutely safe and he had no reaction. Delicious pretzels and desserts!

I came in today to get a little cake for my grandma’s birthday. I had never been in before. They offered amazing service, including giving me some samples to try. Honestly, had I not known what type of baker I was walking into, I wouldn’t have guessed the cakes were gluten and dairy free. My grandma loved the cakes! She said the chocolate one reminded her of the ones her mom made her growing up. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! I will also be back!

AMAZING!!! Everything is so delicious- my non GFDF friends couldn't even tell it didn't have gluten or dairy. Loved the samples so I could decide what to order. I wish I lived closer, I'd be there every day. The pretzel was outstanding!

Such a great place! We had never been, and brought some out of town friends in who are GF/DF to see how everything was. The team brought out some samples of their most popular items for us, and they were delicious! The carrot cake was my absolute favorite - not only could you not tell it was GF/DF, but it was the best carrot cake I've had in such a long time. We will definitely be back!!

It’s an extremely rare experience nowadays to walk into an establishment and receive the warmth and customer service that I did at No Cow Bakery. The owner, bakers and young man at the front are an example of exceptionalism. Oh and the food is excellent too! This is a business to support.

I visited a while ago and just realized that I never left a review. I was absolutely blown away not only by the quality of the food at No Cow, but the incredible service. It was my first visit, and the staff made me a little sample platter of some of the top selling items. In my years being gluten free, I have yet to have anything that compares to the jalapeno cheddar pretzel and the jalapeno cheddar biscuits. They were absolutely fantastic and cannot wait until I am in the area and can visit again.

I came here a couple months ago and had a wonderful experience, so I was very excited to come back over the weekend!! When I initially arrived, I noticed that I was not greeted like the other customers, which was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, the ladies at the counter were very rude to me and overcharged me as well. I picked out two items from the sale rack, knowing that they were 50% off. At checkout, the cashier informed me that I would be receiving one item for free because they were overstocked. I asked if it was BOGO for multiple items or just one, and she let me know it was just one. The lady behind me in line told the cashier that I could have her free item, since she didn't want it. The cashier was reluctant and against this, but the customer behind me insisted until the cashier agreed. To my surprise, I ended up being charged for it! This is unacceptable. Additionally, I expected lower quality since I chose from the sale rack, but the monkey bread I chose was stale, wet, and inedible, which was more upsetting given the customer service and charges.
