No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

I would absolutely give No Cow Bakery 5 stars if I could! Almost everything they make is vegan (the only exception that I have seen is the Dutch baby, which is very clearly labeled as containing egg). Every time that I come home to Colorado to visit, I make sure to buy extra goodies to bring back to Idaho. I’m always thrilled when they have lemon bars available because (next to chocolate) they are my absolute favorite and it is one treat that I can rarely find with fully vegan ingredients. The pretzel sticks are great, and they come in several flavors. They now have take and bake dough, and some lovely dumplings in the freezer. Since it is also entirely gluten-free, I can share with my friend who has celiac without having to worry that she will be inadvertently poisoned by gluten contamination. Don’t let the gluten-free label scare you away, though. If it weren’t labeled as such, you would never know from the taste or texture! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a “must visit” when you are anywhere near Castle Rock!

We love no cow, we stop in very often, and even though my wife's food allergies have ended up going away, we still make a point to stop in whenever it's convenient (from fort collins)
The treats are always amazing, so rich and the texture is great, especially for gluten free. The staff is always so sweet and happy to help with any questions.
I just got a German chocolate cake and I'm overly excited to dive in. Absolutely wonderful place.

My girls and I are obsessed with this place. The baked goods are beyond delicious. I have been to a lot of gluten bakeries and vegan bakeries, but not one that is both GF and vegan. It is the best one I’ve been to, no contest. The staff are so nice to us and always give us free samples. I will wake up early and drive 45 minutes just to come get desserts on the weekends. You will not regret going here. A+ 5 stars amazing.

Everyone is friendly and inviting. They provided an excellent sample plate! I particularly love their chocolate and red velvet mini cakes.

I am so grateful to have found this bakery. My youngest daughter has both gluten & dairy allergies and it can be so difficult to find good food and treats for her. No Cow Bakery made the best chocolate cake for her birthday and we recently picked up dinner rolls and pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. The rolls are a hit and the pie smells DIVINE, we can’t wait to dig into it tomorrow.

In addition to the great recipes, the customer service is exceptional. The staff is so helpful and kind, we truly couldn’t be more grateful for this bakery!!!!

I was diagnosed with celiac at the age of 12 and have now been gluten free for more than half of my life, so when I heard a gluten free bakery was opening up in Castle Rock, I was over the moon excited. I've been coming here for years and I have never once been disappointed in the food or the service. I love this bakery so much. I'm always met with kindness, I've gotten to eat foods again that I never thought I would, and it is always so delicious. I love how every time I get a cake from here for special events, even the people in my life who aren't gluten free are blown away by how good it is. This place is absolutely worth the visit.

Delicious gluten free and vegan baked goods. The staff are friendly and helpful. The textures and flavors are delightful. The cheddar jalapeño bread was the star of my sandwich either toasted or grilled. Every single thing I've eaten was amazing. Highly Recommend!!

So awesome! We got the VIP experience and Arthur really took great care of us. He kept giving us great yummy food free of charge! It was all such incredible food!! We are so blessed to have stumbled upon this place. Highly recommended!

Everything is seriously amazing!!! You would have no clue that it’s dairy or gluten free, oh my gosh..props to the cooks!!! Also I think it’s family run, everyone is super nice. They always give samples too. By far the best GFDF bakery I’ve been to! The non sweet stuff, like dumplings, are so delicious too!
