Staff was so welcoming to my child with allergies, brought him small samples to try, and sharing about their personal food allergies. My son devoured the cake pop and loved being able to eat a cinnamon roll again!
This place is amazing! If you haven’t been here! You need to go! My son has severe allergies to many foods. It’s been hard to switch to solids. This place was so amazing helping me find an allergy friendly cake for his 1st birthday and gave me free samples to try ahead of time. I highly recommend!
Disappointed and not really worth the $$$. I could make gluten free better at home and get more for the same money. $10+ for two items
I popped in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! I was given four free samples and I bought two small German chocolate cakes. Everything was delicious. The cakes were moist and chocolatey, and the cinnamon roll free sample made me wish I'd bought them too. I highly recommend No Cow Bakery!
Great first experience, friendly staff and the pretzels are amazing! I tried to come back and write another 5 star review because the chocolate cake is deadly.
AMAZING! This place is wonderful and such a rare unicorn of a find! It’s so tough to find bread and baked goods that are both vegan and gluten free! Love love love, this is our new favorite place! The staff were also so nice and welcoming! Would give infinite stars if I could! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
My FAVORITE bakery!! I drive in from Denver to come here! They’re incredibly kind, the food is SO good, and the atmosphere amazing! Everybody is so helpful and let you sample anything you’d like to try! I think I’ve tried everything that’s currently on their menu and I must say I’ve never once been disappointed. As someone who was recently diagnosed celiac, finding a gluten free kitchen with delicious food has been tough, but now I truly feel like I have my place. Lowkey might move to Castle Rock over this place. Go give them your money and eat their food. I can’t stress enough how much they deserve this 5 star review. I should be allowed to give them 6 stars. They make my whole week every time I come in.
The owner and staff were amazing. They couldn’t have been sweeter to us to let us try things and sample and it was the best experience we’ve ever had at a gluten-free bakery!!! The baked goods were AMAZING!!! Celiacs definitely gooooooooo!❤️❤️
First time in today, not only did I meet the owner, who was knowledgeable, kind and genuinely loves what he does, but the food was fabulous. They provided samples and the jalapeño cheese pretzels are amazing. I am a customer for life now that I found a safe place to eat gluten free.
Everything was so yummy!! Great selection of samples when I came in. Highly recommend. The bread is so soft and yummy!!

I received a few items when I was in the hospital and this bakery is amazing!
Traveling through and found this GEM! Highly recommend anyone in the area traveling or living in Colorado, make the trip to this bakery. You won't be disappointed by anything you order. Too notch service and even my picky non GF husband loved everything. Thank you No cow bakery 🫶🏻
I would absolutely give No Cow Bakery 5 stars if I could! Almost everything they make is vegan (the only exception that I have seen is the Dutch baby, which is very clearly labeled as containing egg). Every time that I come home to Colorado to visit, I make sure to buy extra goodies to bring back to Idaho. I’m always thrilled when they have lemon bars available because (next to chocolate) they are my absolute favorite and it is one treat that I can rarely find with fully vegan ingredients. The pretzel sticks are great, and they come in several flavors. They now have take and bake dough, and some lovely dumplings in the freezer. Since it is also entirely gluten-free, I can share with my friend who has celiac without having to worry that she will be inadvertently poisoned by gluten contamination. Don’t let the gluten-free label scare you away, though. If it weren’t labeled as such, you would never know from the taste or texture! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a “must visit” when you are anywhere near Castle Rock!
One of the best bakeries I’ve been to

We love no cow, we stop in very often, and even though my wife's food allergies have ended up going away, we still make a point to stop in whenever it's convenient (from fort collins)
The treats are always amazing, so rich and the texture is great, especially for gluten free. The staff is always so sweet and happy to help with any questions.
I just got a German chocolate cake and I'm overly excited to dive in. Absolutely wonderful place.
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan unless SPECIFICALLY MARKED
Dietary restrictions: They work hard to help people with restrictions to be able to have a sweet treat, and if you have an issue they don't cater to, they will work with you to make you something
