“Been going to my fit foods since October 2022. Absolutely love the food and choices available. Both my husband and I have lost a significant amount of weight and even our kids love the meals! Believe it or not we are saving money buying meals for our family of 4! Between the grocery store and DoorDash we were spending an insane amount. No only have we got our health back and under control, we’re gaining more time with our kids because we don’t have to cook anymore. We’re showing our kids a healthy and nutritious way to eat followed by physical activity.Everyone who works at my fit foods is incredibly nice and are always there to help with the in body machines and they help calculate where you need to be protein and calorie wise. I don’t mind the drive to Greenwood Village each week but if there was a location up north that would be even cooler ??“

“Everything is great, I go here weekly and love the promo points for the free bowl!The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of milk options for smoothies. They have milk alternatives like almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, but not actual whole milk, reduced fat, or skim milk. Add normal milk options for smoothies and it’s a sure 5 stars!“
“I took a chance on a loaded tea because I had no idea what it was but the server really sold me on it (I chose a Captain America). I also tried a protein shake (Mint Chocolate) even though I'm not usually a fan of protein shakes, but I needed something quick. The server was super friendly & knowledgeable and helped me pick out something I'd like. The drinks were SO SATISFYING! Not super sweet at all and I felt a huge non-jittery boost afterwards.This is a family-run business and the service & atmosphere definitely reflects that. I will be coming back.“

“If you're ever in the DTC area, you need to check this place out. Absolutely amazing shakes, teas, you name it! Alex was unbelievably amazing and gave us the run down on all the drinks and benefits of them. Their menu is super diverse and so many different ways you can customize your drink. We had the pikes peak tea and the love potion. Both were insanely delicious! We really appreciated Alex taking time to chat with us and also giving us a tour of the place. Awesome vibe and super cool set up. Definitely can't wait to come back here to try more drinks!“

“Every time I come here the customer service is fantastic. Today, I accidentally ordered the wrong dish. I ordered the salmon lox salad instead of what I meant to order, which was a salmon bowl with rice and veggies. The manager insisted on making sure I got the fish I had intended to order, and it was delicious. I will continue to come back to this location for lunch.“

“I recently visited here and got outstanding service from Mason. He took his time to accommodate me. I tried to order the hummus trio and was told by the other employees they were too busy to make it. However Mason went out of his way to make it for me. Because of the exceptional service from Mason I will definitely be coming back.“
