“I come here a lot, love the food, great stuff! But the waiting needs to pay more attention to details! The last 3 times I have come in here I have to wait and I always have to ask for silverware and napkins.“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here. In fact, we’ve always had exceptional service. For one, a few years ago, we were in there and the owner (not sure if the same one now) gave my kids free ice cream for a small mess up. I’ve worked for this owner before and he is genuinely a kind person who likes to keep his staff motivated to serve good food. What motivated me to leave a review today was Zoey, a shift lead along with the team working with her this past Sunday night. I had an issue with my door dash order. It wasn’t their fault but I had called to ask a couple questions. Zoey offered to fix the situation for me without any hesitation. I did not expect this at all because it wasn’t their fault. But as a tired mom with hungry kids, just trying to take a night off of cooking, she saved the evening. When I went in, I was met with so much kindness from Zoey and another employee with reddish blondish hair and glasses. They were helpful and understanding. They apologized for something that wasn’t even their fault. These are the kind of people that should be working with the public. They leave a lasting impression on customers. The free ice cream years ago and this situation will be how I always remember Freddy’s in Clifton. We will definitely be dining in more often knowing what a positive environment they have created.“

“Always was a Burger King fan but I just went there to get a whopper with cheese and was told I could only order on the app. I don’t do apps. Will never ever go back to Burger King. McDonald’s delivers you dont. Very disappointed“

“naidelyn was amazing with fixing everything the system messed up. The new updated system is horrible (6/30/26). She managed to correct the entire 60$ order and made sure everything was made perfectly and fresh. Thanks naidelyn (I hope i spelt that right!) I hope you find 20$ in your pocket!“

“All always a wonderful experience. If you have food allergies, do make sure to verify that the fries you receive are the special ones. Last time, we received the regular fries on the celiac's plate. Only realized later when he had a cross contamination reaction. But that is the first time we have ever had a problem.“

Best pizza I've had in a long time! I ordered the Feta Pizza and was impressed with the quality and the amount of flavor in each ingredient. I would have to say this is the best pizza place in town and I will definitely be eating here again!“
