“This is truly a grade AAA operation! Ben, the general manager, and his team, do an impeccable job.
I have used this Qdoba as a caterer for business lunches for about a year and have ordered from them dozens of times. They are always deliver an excellent product with top-tier service.
On 5/12/26, Ben and the team truly went above and beyond to make sure my catering order was a success. I deeply appreciate the care and hustle they put into their work. In my many visits to this store, I have seen them provide the same level of service to every other customer that visits.“

“I stopped at this location after a long shift at work. Pulling into the drive thru at t-minus minutes to closing, I felt bad for being one of those late-night last-minute customers. I apologized and placed my order. Staff could not have been nicer! A short friendly conversation at the window and I was on my way.
I won't comment on the food or atmosphere, I didn't go inside, but everything I could see was clean and tidy. The food doesn't get a comment because, like come on people, it is fast food after all. It satisfied my craving for a roast beef sandwich, nuf said.
The crew is why I'm leaving a comment, after a long day late at night they were gracious and friendly and that deserves recognition.“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here. In fact, we’ve always had exceptional service. For one, a few years ago, we were in there and the owner (not sure if the same one now) gave my kids free ice cream for a small mess up. I’ve worked for this owner before and he is genuinely a kind person who likes to keep his staff motivated to serve good food. What motivated me to leave a review today was Zoey, a shift lead along with the team working with her this past Sunday night. I had an issue with my door dash order. It wasn’t their fault but I had called to ask a couple questions. Zoey offered to fix the situation for me without any hesitation. I did not expect this at all because it wasn’t their fault. But as a tired mom with hungry kids, just trying to take a night off of cooking, she saved the evening. When I went in, I was met with so much kindness from Zoey and another employee with reddish blondish hair and glasses. They were helpful and understanding. They apologized for something that wasn’t even their fault. These are the kind of people that should be working with the public. They leave a lasting impression on customers. The free ice cream years ago and this situation will be how I always remember Freddy’s in Clifton. We will definitely be dining in more often knowing what a positive environment they have created.“
