Space accommodates small to moderate sized parties. When the weather is nice, the six outdoor firepits are excellent with the front range mountains in the background. “Absolutely loved our evening hanging out at Seven’s Gate. Been a long time, fan and visitor of Cerebus across the street, but had never made it over to Seven’s Gate until this evening. They were doing a fundraiser for Manitou Springs pride, and we were met with welcoming, smiles, tasty, beer, and amazing service from Kara. We didn’t get to try any of the food… But that will be a first on the next visit. Highly recommend visiting any time of the week, if you want to stop by for a chill atmosphere and good vibes. Will definitely be back!“

“If I could only frequent one dive bar in town, this would be it. Do you like fried bar food? They got you covered. Don't want to pay and arm and a leg for a beer? They have a very underrated tap lineup at good prices. Heck, you can even play a game of pool for only 50 cents on one of their tables. You can go there, eat, drink, and play a couple of games of pool and you won't be leaving with empty pockets like some other places. Randy, Cait, and Sierra are super cool and will treat you like family. You can even bring your kids with you to play some pool. This is a gem.“

“It's a great place to go if you're looking for a little bit of a queer crowd along with straight allies. It is a wonderful mix of people. I often go on Fridays and Saturdays to dance the night away, but they do offer other activities during the week; such as karaoke nights on Thursdays on Wednesdays there is an open stage for performers and so much more.“

“We went on New Year's Eve, and it was wonderful to see this place as busy as it deserves to be. We got addicted to Jacob's mixology in the Tipperary days and were excited to come see him again. The atmosphere is charming and very nostalgic. Cocktails remained solid, and the price point was much more accessible than prior. The new faces behind the bar were great additions. The only thing that would make this place even better is mocktail options. I hope this business model proves sustainable and successful enough that we will see more of Jacob's cocktail creativity on the menu soon. He is truly the most talented bartender in the city.“

“Great place, great experience and super unique. Arrived on time and my table wasn’t open yet. Had to wait in the woobly olive where it felt awkward and I felt like I was in the way. Bartender didn’t offer me water while I waited so I wish I had waited outside but it was raining.

“UPDATE: My wife and I visited Colorado Springs again this year. And we promised ourselves that if we ever came back this way our evenings would be spent at the Mill Hill Saloon! We love the place! During this trip, we got the chance to meet and speak with the owner Jimmie Bloom. What a great guy! We danced two nights to the Jeffrey Alan Band. And buddy, did they deliver on the classic country music. Sure wish we had the Mill Hill Saloon down in Alabama. Thanks Jimmie for keeping a little piece of Americana alive and well.

The Mill Hill Saloon rocks! This is my kind of country hole-in-the-wall. It's not a big place by no means but it is cozy and friendly. The band there the night my wife and I went was amazing! They played lots of good old country songs you could dance to. And the beer was ICE cold. We had a great time! And shut the lights off when we left. The next time I'm in Colorado Springs, you can bet your boots, I'll be at the Mill Hill Saloon where the good folks are, and the snow flakes aren't.“
