I’ve order cakes from this particular BR before and I always order the same size. Went in on Saturday to make an order for my son’s cake and cake decorator was not there, so they told me she would be in on Sunday. Went in on Sunday and spoke to the cake decorator, she took my order and I specify the size I wanted. Today when I went to go pick up the cake, it turns out that she marked it as I had order a smaller size which I didn’t because I showed her the size cake I wanted....read full review

If I could give 0 I would. I picked up a cake for my son's birthday and it looked great. The ice cream was ok, but the cake itself was terrible! It tasted of terrible freezer burn like it had been sitting in their display case for 4 months. After we all took a couple bites our guest didn't care for it and threw it away. My son and I decided to save ours and try and eat it later. My mother and daughter found it to be a lost cause threw theirs away not even wanting to attempt it...read full review
