I will say I have a pretty high expectation of Korean cuisine. So that being said, it was alright for me.... We ordered the seoul sampler so we could try a variety of things and overall It was decent the texture and flavor of the chicken were good. I would say if you had no basis for comparison you could consider this really good. Service was fine. Not overly friendly. Environment was fine. Felt more like a fast food joint, which I guess technically kind of is. So I would say if you're in the area you want to try something different, It's worth a whirl.
By far the best wings in Colorado Springs. This is our go to spot when weβre craving a perfectly crispy and saucy Korean wing

Love the chicken here! Great texture and crunchy! If you won't like the radishes/coleslaw I recommend the cucumber side! Kimchee is always a good pick. Bao Buns are really good! Definitely worth checking out!

Had a double date here with some friends before seeing a movie at Icon Cinemas. Sat down around ~ 7 pm and ordered almost immediately after.
Two out four people at my table got their food around 7:25. Asked the waitress about the other two meals, and was told that she had to tend to the doordash orders first and ours would be out soon. Mind you, we were missing an order of friend rice and a chicken sandwich.
Final two orders didnβt come until around 7:50, and at this point we had to leave for our movie. Food was good, but not worth waiting nearly an hour for. Service was meh, wouldnβt recommend coming here in person, and would stick to ordering take out since they prioritize it anyway.

The drum sticks with the korean bbq sauce is pretty good. Had the Bulgogi with rice to go. It was also good. Seating is a bit stiff though.
Recommended dishes: Glazed Fried Chicken Drumsticks
So you can not pay cash and if you do you have to wait until they fully cook your order, the dinning area is small and there is no bar like other locations my order was $12, and the happy hour at this location is like a dollar off. He is running it like a mom and pop Chinese or Korean spot rather than a franchise. It's annoying

Okay I will honestly say I was blown away by the crisp outside of the chicken and then the juicy, juicy inside. As hard as the outside layer was even with the sauce on it I was not expecting the inside of the chicken to be juicy. The chicken was magnificent. I sucked my fingers when I was done. Must try if you are looking for this street style food.

Food was on point! Moist, crispy and saucy! What else can you ask for? Ooh yeah, size was there too! Worth the round on the merry-go-round. Tried the pork cheese bowl and flavor was there, portion was small though. Service never missed a moment, drinks always filled and always checked in on me. Could use a tv for sports games as I'm watching the playoffs on my phone is my only knock. π

First time visitor to Bonchon. We visited the one in Interquest in Colorado Springs. Chloe was our host, waitress, and busgirl! She was terrific and did a wonderful job of making her rounds as she was the only one working the floor. The food, AMAZING! Although Bonchon is a chain restaurant the food is made fresh and was better than many mom and pop Korean restaurants weβve had across the country. Weβll definitely be back!

I only got the fried chicken so I will base my review on that. It tasted good, however the portion size was small compared to what Im used to. I paid around $16 for 8 small tenders. I usually get Korean fried chicken at 92 Chicken which is hands down the best fried chicken Iβve ever had! Their tenders are also a lot more filling.
I would give Bonchon fried chicken an 8/10 whereas 92 Chickenβs fried chicken is like an 11/10. Itβs far superior taste and also the portion sizes are more generous as well. As far as Korean fried chicken goes this is good, but there are definitely better options out there.
