I was there on a Saturday and ordered a cold cappuccino and waited. I notice everyone that came after me were getting there coffee. I asked why it was taking so long and they said they were making it in the back that didn't make any sense to me. Ten minutes later I went back and it was in someone's hand . A really disappointing experience

5 stars all around.
It’s a great experience.
Staff is super friendly and you feel very welcome.
Americano is normal, London fog latte was amazing.
Latte is perfect. Very accommodating to all my keto needs. Thank you!
Mayola made me a lovely cappuccino!
I had a truly wonderful experience that exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance was elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and attended to. And the food was absolutely delightful—each dish was bursting with flavor, meticulously prepared, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat for the senses, making it an unforgettable culinary journey.

2 star for the dessert and NO stars for the staff at this café. Although it’s located in a luxurious hotel, they behave like uneducated individuals. They exchange glances and display discriminatory attitudes toward their customers. Additionally, be cautious of the “service” and “handling” fees added to your order—they’ll charge around $5 per bill.
Dessert was good but the server i guess her name is Alaxandre had an attitude with me even I was very nice from the beginning. I felt annoyed and disrespectful

The desserts are pretty good, the coffee/chai are like Starbucks. It’s self service, desserts come on plastic plates/utensils, coffee in to go cups.
Unfortunately on top of tax they charge PIF and a 10% service fee.
Don’t know for what service besides someone handing the items across the counter. Table had crumbs on them from previous guests. Didn’t see any signs that there would be PIF or the additional service fee anywhere.
In the end the charges added another 22.8% to the advertised prices. Not worth it to me.
4 pastries/desserts and 3 coffees/chai (1x 16 oz, 2x 12 oz) were over $ 70.

Delightful little shop! Great tasting coffee, and excellent chocolates. Laura, the barista, was incredibly accommodating in adapting the drinks to our taste! Definitely give this place a try if you’re staying at The Broadmoor!

Lovely boutique coffee shop with luxury patisserie offerings from the world renowned pastry chefs of the Broadmoor Hotel. We popped in for a sweet treat after enjoying the Christmas decorations on the property. The selection was vast, something for everyone. It was also a treat to watch through the gallery window as a top notch pastry chef 👩🍳 built a 3’ chocolate sculpture, absolutely fascinating.
Kid-friendliness: The service staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient, all smiles. The 5 star service one would expect from this caliber of property, they did not disappoint.

The staff here are extremely friendly! I came here several times during my stay for breakfast or a quick drink.
I tried their hot chocolate and I wasn’t much of a fan. I did however really enjoy their chai tea latte and ordered that several times.
I tried different pastries: almond croissant, butter croissant and another French pastry. My favorite out of those three was the butter croissant.
They have many other pastries and desserts to choose from and some good souvenirs!
