“Chick-fil-A is always on point with our on the go dinner nights. You can't go wrong with downloading their app and scanning the QR code when ordering to earn points either. I earn free food all the time through their app just to bring me back into the restaurant as well. Thank you Chick-fil-A!“
“I have a problem. The person at the cash register was extremely friendly, so i was going to leave a good review for her, but then the person who brought me my food was super friendly, then the person that clean my table with super friendly, then the person that refilled my coffee was friendly, and then I just realized that everyone in this entire building is extremely friendly, kind and hard-working. Every single person at this location deserves massive accolades and whoever is in charge of hiring is a genius.“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars
I had a wonderful experience at the Chick-fil-A on North Academy. I arrived around 9:15 PM, after the dining room had closed at 9, and since I didn’t have a car I couldn’t go through the drive-thru. Vivi actually came outside—in the cold, without her jacket—to take my order.
She was incredibly patient while I added a new card and struggled with the tap-to-pay at first. Her kindness and professionalism were outstanding.
Having worked in customer service myself, I’ve often found restaurant staff in this city to be a bit short compared to what I was used to in Atlanta, but Vivi proved that great service still exists. She truly made my night.
Thank you Vivi!!!

“The people here are super nice but unfortunately customers here suck and I feel bad for the workers. A lot of the customer are entitled and let their children run wild around the restaurant and treat the whole place like a play place. Just order to go and leave. These customer left crap everywhere and its amazing the lack of respect to not only let their children throw their food everywhere, but then to not even clean up after yourselves. Props to the workers for never complaining!“
“Love this place, but I will not be returning. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s right for guests to shoulder the cost of the business renting their building through a Public Improvement Fee (PIF). For context, in 2024 the average Chick-fil-A unit brought in around $7.5 million annually, with freestanding locations like those in Colorado Springs often exceeding $9 million. With revenue at that level, covering rent should not fall back on the customers. If a business cannot manage its own operating costs, that responsibility should remain with ownership, not passed on to guests.“
“I just have to give a huge shout-out to the Chic-fil-A team today! I stopped by during the busiest part of the lunch rush, fully expecting a long wait — but this crew was absolutely rocking it. Orders were flying out fast, service was organized and efficient, and somehow they still made it all look completely effortless.
You could tell they had an A-team on deck. Every employee was upbeat, focused, and working together like a well-oiled machine. Even with the crazy crowd, they kept everything moving and never missed a beat.
It’s rare to see that level of teamwork and customer service during peak hours, so they definitely deserve all the praise. Amazing job, Chic-fil-A team — you made my busy day so much easier! 🙌🍗“
“This Chick-fil-A off N. Carefree and Powers seems to be the best in town! Always so consistently good with not just the food, but also order accuracy, competency of employees, and customer service. The Dublin one has a lot of younger new employees which is great, but more recently my orders have frequently been incorrect or missing things (update 10/13/25: avoid the Dublin Chick-fil-A if possible; customer service is getting worse now too). The Academy I-25 location seems second to the top followed by the Nevada location and then Garden of the Gods. Yesterday my order was wrong again at the Voyager location (another young new cashier...), however, when mistakes are noticed, customer service is usually top notch at all the locations (except the Dublin one). The Academy location near Citadel mall and closest to my home has gotten much better since it 1st opened, but is still needs improvement (way better than other fast food options in the area though)... I always come out of the North Carefree and Powers location feeling upbeat and refreshed, even when it can get quite hectic and busy too! If there are multiple Chick-fil-A locations along my routes around town, I always choose this one 1st when possible!“
