Chick-fil-A in Arvada

“Today's experience sucked 🙃 They did give us a free meal voucher because our wait is. The drive thru was pretty long, without us even asking. But that's where the good part of the experience ends. First, I asked if there was a straw in the bag. He said yes... there was no straw. Second, I asked for mayo & Chick-fil-A sauce when ordering... nope! Neither in the bag. Third, ordered vanilla iced coffee... no vanilla! Fourth, received granola instead of cookie crumbs for the parfait. Fifth, the hash brown potatoes were burnt crispy disc's of death! This location used to be our favorite. No longer!“

“The woman who just handed me my mobile oder at the counter was so genuinely sweet I had to write a review, I didn't catch her name but she had big lemon earrings in and short blonde hair that was in pig tails I believe. Something about the way she spoke was just so much more than customer service and I felt so seen in such a mundane interaction where I wouldn't normally expect that. All the other employees are so nice as well!! I always have a great experience here.“
