“In 20 years of going to Chick-fil-A all over the country they have never got an order wrong, until yesterday. I ordered on the app and after I went through the drive-thru I noticed my chicken tenders were missing so I walked back in. I stood to the side and the manager who seemed very busy still noticed me immediately. She asked if I had been helped and when I explained the situation she talked to the kitchen staff to see if they had the tenders. They only had two of the three chicken tenders that I needed and the others were in a frozen state. I was in a hurry to get out of there and home to my husband, and so she offered me fresh fries to replace the ones that had been cooling off while we chatted, and she also put in some chicken nuggets to make up for the one that was missing. I so appreciated the kindness that she showed and the fact that I was not left standing there waiting for any amount of time. Nicely done Chick-fil-A ? You are still the best!“
“Please bring back the curbside pickup option! The food and staff are always top notch at this location, but waiting in the drive through for a mobile order stinks!! I'm fine waiting for "my turn in the queue" at curbside but the drive through is not ideal.“
