Best food and greatest service at this location! Love Chic-fil-A Citadel Crossing.
The best CFA I've been to. Went around lunch time and the entire team was prepared. The manager actually delivered our food to us and was delivering it to others as well. They leave little mints and wet wipes on all of the tables for when you get there, which I don't see at most chickfilas. The food came out almost instantly and one of the workers picked up our trey and empty containers when we finished. Excellent customer service here!
Very quick service and friendly staff. Go here regularly with my client...never been disappointed. Absolutely love the Mac and cheese.

Chick-fil-A offers good food and quick service. The staff is courteous and professional, with some employees going the extra mile to accommodate customers' needs. The restaurant boasts easy wheelchair accessibility and plenty of parking. Customers appreciate the always great hot fresh food, excellent customer service, and clean restrooms. This location is the best, with friendly staff who are always more than friendly. Management and employees saved a life with 11/10 service and kindness, and 10/10 bathrooms. The restaurant is also considered kid-friendly, where parents don't feel bad about their children acting like kids. Food is always in hands within minutes and so very good.
