Good food standard with the franchise. **the Winner: this lad was courteous and professional, plus took the effort to look up the nutritional facts on products to keep my allergies at bay. Good dude! Keep him employed and paid well!
Chic Fil A used to be the BEST!!! Not sure what’s going on with this location, but it’s got to be the worst I’ve ever been to. They never put sauces in to-go orders. Then I’ve now received several breakfast burritos that are just busted open and that makes it difficult to eat. Food is no longer presented well and it’s just feeling like the Mc Donald’s of chicken now. Hopefully it’s just a fluke, but over the last 2 months I haven’t seen any change for the better.

I forgot to ask for my drink before I left, so I got home without it. I really feel like it should have been handed to me when the food was handed to me. But I'm just as much at fault because I didn't remember to say "hey where's my drink?" Oops.
