Overall always excellent but today......ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet Dr Pepper.... Half of the fries missing.....1 had a bite out of it. Asked for 2 BBQ sauces...received 8 along with 2 straws and 12 napkins. A lot of waste that will eventually drive prices up.
terrible customer service, from the iPad person and the "captain" at the window
Was upcharged without being notified my vanilla coffee tasted like a practical joke someone dumped so much sugar syrup into it that it was not edible. The female manager bullied me andcaused a scene.
