My absolute favorite Mexican food in the springs. We order here a lot. omg the chips and salsa and carne adovada. I'm a New Mexican transplant and love their food!100% recommend. Tacos are great! tostadas are generous and yum!
We are from out of town and love trying new restaurants and this is now one of our favorites! We were greeted when we walked in the door and we were impressed with the decor and how clean the place was! I went to Chili Colorado for a lunch meeting with my boss today. When the wait staff took my order, I asked that they leave the chili off or put it on the side. I explained that I wasn’t trying to be difficult and picky but I’ve had stomach surgery and some spicy food can cause pain so I just avoid it.
