My absolute favorite Mexican food in the springs. We order here a lot. omg the chips and salsa and carne adovada. I'm a New Mexican transplant and love their food!100% recommend. Tacos are great! tostadas are generous and yum!
We are from out of town and love trying new restaurants and this is now one of our favorites! We were greeted when we walked in the door and we were impressed with the decor and how clean the place was! We came to Chile Colorado after tasting their green chili at Mountain Chalet’s chile contest. We cannot recommend this place more! Fantastic homemade food and d great service!! We will be back.
