Went here for the first time today. I went for the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it was phenomenal! The food was great and the scenery in the back was just as good! Beautiful seating area overlooking Garden of the Gods with good shade and very comfortable with, again, great food! Will come back.

Easily one of the best sandwich shops I’ve ever been to! They completely nailed the atmosphere of the shop, quality and variety of sandwich, and customer service. We needed a tasty, hearty lunch before a long drive and this shop was absolutely perfect. They have a large menu with lots of sandwiches, sides, and sweets that all sounded amazing. My husband, Jeff, ordered a meatball sub (like the meatball that he is) and I ordered the lobster roll. I was impressed by how fresh and delicious the lobster was considering the shop being so far from the water. Loved the decorations and items for sale around the shop. We tried the mustard ice cream and were pleasantly surprised! Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in the Springs! 🥪🥒🦞

Came here based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint!! Got the ham and cheese sandwich and the lobster roll! So good, so fresh! We needed a break from brewery food and this did the trick!! Service was great too.

This sandwiches outstanding gluten-free bread. I really appreciate it. However, their Philly cheesesteak is that actual Philly cheesesteak need to work on that shit.

We stopped by to pick up some lunch to take with us to the zoo. My kids loved their sandwiches and I really enjoyed my quinoa salad. We will definitely be coming back to sit on their outdoor patio with the perfect view. Service was great and their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Visiting from central TX and found this little gem. These sandwiches are honestly as good as anything we ate in CO Springs.

The sandwiches were delicious, however the amount you get vesus the price is not enough.

2 sandwich's & two sides $45 would be okay if the food was actually good. My sandwich had ZERO flavor! Chicken salad for reference. The mustard potato salad had an observed amount of salt!
The girl who brought out the food must have been smoking weed because it smelled so bad after she brought me my food. They forgot the spicy sauce to my husband's buffalo wrap until he was half way finished! Needless to say we won't be back definitely not worth the price!

I wanted a classic well made delli sandwich and that's exactly what I got. Lots of other options that all look delicious. Highly recommend

We stopped in for gluten-free breakfast sandwiches on our way back to Denver, and they were absolutely delicious! The portions were surprisingly generous for gluten-free options. The woman at the counter explained that they slice the gluten-free bread lengthwise, so you actually get a full-sized sandwich, which I really appreciated. It’s such a thoughtful touch and made the sandwich feel just as satisfying as a regular one.

On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The woman helping us even hooked our dogs up with free treats, which was such a sweet gesture and definitely earned some extra tail wags!

We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great gluten-free breakfast options and excellent customer service! 😊🐾🥪

We stopped here for some lunch after picking up my car in Motor City. WOW!!! Had never been here before but always heard folks praising the food. Was I ever impressed - friendly and helpful staff, sanitary resaurant for sure, hard working staff. I ordered To-Go, a hot ham and cheese sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup - absolutely delicious, savory, and ate every darn bite. We shall return again soon after this great experience today. 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for the staff and the food at Colonel Mustard's Sandwich Emporium!!!
