Great food, great service and beautiful views

February 25, 2020 Beers 🍻 and Food 🍲 Watching Maryland vs Purdue and Washington Capitals vs Jets!

Ordered two Caesar salads and they didn’t even include the croutons they were supposed to come with and most importantly, Caesar dressing! Also ordered a cheeseburger that came with no cheese. And lastly, the fries I received were all ends and burnt to a crisp. First and last time ordering from this place, literally ruined my appetite.

This place was fantastic. Their brewed beers were very good. The rack of ribsy wife and I split was still too much. It was a very large rack for a restaurant and for 30 dollars it was a great value. What we tried on their seasonal menu was also fantastic.

We put in a $130 take out order. Show up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Told it would be 10 minutes, no big deal, busy night. Then we wait 25 minutes, while 4 hostesses sit and chat….finally go ask and they act like they had no idea. Then they come back with our food which had clearly been sitting for quite a while. The hot food was cold, the fries were soggy and the salad was just wilted lettuce. I should have checked the food before we left, never doing pick up again. To be fair when dining in it has always been good, but this was frustrating.

Bison egg rolls were amazing as always! The beer braised chicken was rubbery and we had to send it back.

I went into Colorado Mountain Brewery with a party of 20, and the restaurant didn't have a wait time online. Unfortunately, we were declined a table by the host, a man boy over the phone, without much explanation or effort to accommodate us. I understand that large groups can be challenging, but with plenty of what seemed like manageable capacity, and willing to wait but the refusal felt unnecessary and disappointing. It put a damper on what was meant to be a fun outing. A little more communication or willingness to work with us would have made a big difference. Hopefully future experiences are handled better.

My go to is the chicken wings and the buffalo poppers. Phenomenal.

Excellent and fun

Wow, good parking, great food, waitress was very helpful with selections. Hostess was cheerful and made us feel welcome. We expected bar food and instead got very high quality menu selection. Go with the monthly specials.

Fried pickles 🥒 are awesome.

Great food, great service, and solid drinks. Super convenient to Great Wolf Lodge, which made it an easy choice for us. Not much more to say other than it’s a dependable spot and we enjoyed everything.
