Colorado Mountain Brewery

I went into Colorado Mountain Brewery with a party of 20, and the restaurant didn't have a wait time online. Unfortunately, we were declined a table by the host, a man boy over the phone, without much explanation or effort to accommodate us. I understand that large groups can be challenging, but with plenty of what seemed like manageable capacity, and willing to wait but the refusal felt unnecessary and disappointing. It put a damper on what was meant to be a fun outing. A little more communication or willingness to work with us would have made a big difference. Hopefully future experiences are handled better.

My go to is the chicken wings and the buffalo poppers. Phenomenal.

Excellent and fun

Wow, good parking, great food, waitress was very helpful with selections. Hostess was cheerful and made us feel welcome. We expected bar food and instead got very high quality menu selection. Go with the monthly specials.

Fried pickles 🥒 are awesome.

Great food, great service, and solid drinks. Super convenient to Great Wolf Lodge, which made it an easy choice for us. Not much more to say other than it’s a dependable spot and we enjoyed everything.

Best service! Ask for Sequoia, she’s an awesome server and makes you feel comfortable and creates the best experience! We’ll go back again and request this great human!

Great place to eat - but for the most part table conversation is difficult as the noise level is really up there! We requested a table out on the heated patio.

Of the two locations in the city, this is the better one. They seem to have friendlier, more helpful staff and the food's quality is more consistent. That said, it's basically a burger bar and I really do not understand why this place shows up in so many 'best places to eat in the Springs list.' It's good food and beer, don't get me wrong, but there are at least a dozen places in the city I'd put above it.

This place is awesome and I will definitely be back. Service was great. Prices are on point. Atmosphere is open and chill. Food was fantastic. I had the Pike's Peak burger and everything about it was above average. From the lightly toasted brioche bun to the super fresh veggies. Even the pickles are a level up. Cooked to perfection with no shortage of cheese and flavor. Fries were also the perfect amount of crispy and seasoned perfectly.

Now for the 2 things that kept this from being a 5 star experience:

1- Swap out the weird, tiny, gray, metal baking pan, for a nice plate. Is this a cost saver? It gave me a trashy vibe and makes no sense. Not only is it awkward to try to eat off of, there's no room for a splash of ketchup to dip the fries in. You're a restaurant not a mall food court. Get ahold of some plates. And speaking of ketchup...

2- Ditch the off brand ketchup. I'd sort of understand if it was a local ketchup since this is a Colorado branded brewery but it's from Texas. I don't understand restaurants that do this. Is it a money saving thing?Whatever you are saving, just makes the dining experience feel cheap. The bottle looked like it came from Dollar General. You scored a 10 with French's mustard but failed to complete the perfect duo with anything other than Heinz.

Give me this same experience with the meal on a plate and a bottle of Heinz next to it and you've got a 5 star experience.

Best chicken sandwich ever

My husband & I ate there today after my doctor’s appointment. He ordered the cheeseburger with fries and I had the grilled chicken,bacon and cheese sandwich with their kettle chips and dip. They sat us in the bar and the bartender took our order and was great. Our meals were delicious and so was the service.

Everything was fine until I ordered desserts. It was the smallest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever seen and eaten. So sad 😞 They should of just said we do not have any desserts today

What a great place for food and drinks! Great menu and lots of drinks to choose from. Service was fantastic!! Wonderful atmosphere.
