Colorado's Rib & Chop House offers a mixed dining experience. Some found the steak undercooked and sides disappointing, but the manager rectified the bill and the returned steak was good. On the other hand, the menu impressed others with the delicious meals and excellent service from Lauren. However, some diners were let down by the dry pork chop and warm baked potato, and the filet and Mac and cheese were just average.
