The menu has some unique items for a family-owned, classic Italian place. The food (mine was mussels in white wine, with Italian spices, over pasta.) and my husband's (a sausage Carbonara) were both delicious. The cannoli had a crisp crust and was stuffed with a delicious cream.
Dat's Italian is an amazing place and the quality has not changed over the years . Their food and service are top notch. Great dining experience. I need gluten free which sounds counter intuitive in an Italian restaurant but they have a great selection and the GF pasta is amazing from a local Colorado company . Highly recommend them for a great date night or family get together .
Finally got to this place, and it was delicious! All three of us were happy with our entrees - lasagne, spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken parm - all excellent! Liked that there was a choice of breads on the menu. Finished with the lemon cake which hit the spot. We will be back!
