We are huge D&B fans and this was our first time at this location. The games and game staff were wonderful, but the restaurant was a different story. We checked in and got our confirmation text and 45 minutes later went to ask where we were in line, we had mysteriously been dropped from the waitlist. No worries, we got sat right away. Games are ok. The reason we visit is for the food and associated service. Options are abundant and food has always been flavorful. Whether sitting at the bar or table, our service has been a 10/10.
Our experience was interesting. We had purchased the eat, drink, and play for $19.99 for 4 people online because you receive an extra 25% in chips for games. Once we arrived at the restaurant, we were grateful to be seated right away for as busy as it appeared. Our server was pleasant and informed us that the online deal is a complex issue that management was working to resolve and that our checkout process could be quite lengthy.
