“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! “My experiences of this place have been pretty good, because the workers are pretty nice and cool. Plus most of there cookies are really good,I don't like some because I'm a picky person but I have friends that love pretty much all of them.I recommend crumble over a lot of other places that sale cookies or mini pie things.
The summary of all of this is the workers loyal and sweet,and everything there is meant for one person or the other,and crumble is one of the better maybe one of the best cookies place.

He went out of his way today to help an old lady with a trauma that she had my daughter loves Crumbl cookies. She buys them all the time was coming home from being having surgery on her legs And her friend left the box of cookies on the front porch. The squirrel got into them and ate two of them and I called. I was gonna order another one. A box and Mr. Jared said, don’t you worry about it? I’ll bring you some. She was super friendly, patient, and clearly knows the menu inside and out. It’s rare to find someone that attentive and upbeat late at night, but Lexi kept the whole vibe positive and fun.
