The last two times ordering have been a disaster!! The first order the pizza was RAW, incorrect toppings and most of it was folded over.
The second time I called for a delivery.. called to check the status, they put it in as a pickup! Zach’s response was “we can charge you for a delivery fee to have it sent.” Ummm it was YOUR mess up!! A brief “I apologize for the mix up,” would have been nice!
I’m pretty upset since I’m a frequent customer!
Always been good, but today it was cold and looked like it had been somebody else’s old order. Disappointed!
Last week we ordered a pepperoni pizza. The dough was doughy (uncooked). They gave us a free pizza, it was burnt, and the crust was limp, the cheese and pepperoni fell off. I will never call this Domino's again.
