Matt and Wyatt were incredible at trying to resolve the situation, but it does not excuse the fact that the kitchen staff were incredibly rude, also to mention they are ex convicts (love supporting second chances, but not ones that give me foul looks and make horrible food for $20). The pizza was "soup on bread".

The food is always great. Personal favorites: Any pizza, sausage and peppers sandwich, and the spinach and artichoke dip.
