Sandwiches are massive and delicious. I wouldn’t recommend the fries for take out as they were soggy by the time I got home but the sandwich is plenty on it’s own!

I had really high hopes for East Coast Deli. As someone on the hunt for the best pastrami/corned beef sandwich, I was excited to learn that Colorado Springs might have a solid spot for a great corned beef or pastrami sandwich.

They deserve a lot of credit for trying they’re importing the meat from New York with a connection to Katz’s Deli, which is a serious effort most places don’t make.

The rye bread was legitimately...

Great fast service, yummy food and endless options! I had the east coast scramble and I preferred it to anything I’ve had at Urban egg(next door). So fresh, hot and the home fries were 10/10. Plus they have bagels for the east coast folks like myself.
