Hurts Donut Company Reviews
The lady at the store was so kind when I was short on money and couldn't get a glazed donut, she game me a glazed donut and smaller donuts she was so nice and deserves a big raise for her having humane kindness
I don’t ever write reviews on Facebook, but there’s no other way to contact them without calling or posting on google- which I did and haven’t received a response.
My husband and I ordered a surprise box from Too Good To Go. We got 15 stale and gross donuts. To make matters worse, one of the donuts I ate had a blue plastic string baked into the donut.
This was our first impression of the restaurant and we won’t be back after that.
Inconsistent when it comes to staff’s knowledge on what donuts are or can be available. Lack of staff communication when advanced orders are placed. Lack of options before 7:30am which is interesting for a shop that’s opened 24hrs.

Hurts Donut Company in Colorado Springs is a busy and popular spot known for its delicious and soft donuts. The apple fritters are a family favorite, described by some as "big as your face." The cinnamon rolls are huge and tasty, especially the cream cheese ones. Customers appreciate that the shop is open 24/7, making it a perfect place to satisfy a sweet tooth at any time. The variety of cake donuts is amazing, with many noting it feels like a wonderland for anyone with a sweet tooth. While some have mentioned that the cake donuts can be a bit dry, the fun toppings and variety make the donuts worth trying. Customers enjoy watching the donuts being made while waiting in line, and many have had positive experiences with the friendly staff, who treat customers like family and work hard to keep the line moving. The icing is phenomenal—not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and melts in the mouth. The location offers ample parking, though wheelchair accessibility might be an issue. Overall, it is a not-so hidden gem for pastry and sweets lovers in the area, with many eager to return for another visit.
