L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Dropped by to pick up some chicken katsu since it's been a while and this was my first and last time at this location. The chicken doesn't even seem real, it's rubbery, the sauce is off, and the mac is off. Never again, I should have stuck to the Barnes location.

The food is good but the service is not. They have messed up on both to-go orders forgetting parts of the order

If you haven't had L&L you're missing out.
Food is absolutely delicious, I recommend the bbq mix plate.
Staff is very friendly and attentive
Portion sizes are very generous and a good value is hard to find these days!

Have been a long time patron of this franchise way before it even came to this state. I have never received bad service until today. I had placed an order online and they got it wrong they served me a mini instead of a regular. They had that corrected that issue but did not serve me the Mac salad that was on the receipt. I asked about it and the lady in the kitchen (Adrianna) just kept repeating "all rice" instead of explaining the issue they just kept arguing with me. If I had made a mistake in ordering I would appreciate it if someone explained the issue instead of brushing me off. So I asked for a refund and the front attendant said I don't know then walked away. I don't think I can support this specific store anymore. I'm truly confused I was not rude or disrespectful I simply pointed out the errors in my order.

Burn lettuce, again!

This location is way better then the other location on powers. We are so glad this one opened! I have been at least 3 times now and have not been disappointed. The only thing that we did like from the other location is that the tery beef is sliced in almost strips instead of bigger portions here, bit omg is it good!

Get the combo plate half tery beef half katsu chicken. 2 Mac 1 rice, side of ranch for the chicken.... you will not regret it!!!

For all the locals that had L&L pre-Covid, this location has brought back those long missed and thought forgotten quality that we so love and know in L&L BBQ... Props to the kitchen! Thank you for bringing us back!

They barely put any ribs on my plate when I paid for them. It was like 1/3 of 1. Disappointing. But my girl got a sandwich and she liked it and our daughter liked the masubis
