Before we left Colorado Springs, my husband wanted menudo for breakfast and this was listed first. It's in a small shopping center. Love the bright colors along with the sunlight streaming in. As we were waiting to order, it was cool that someone brought a Dutch oven to purchase a pot of menudo. Like many restaurants we have been to, they seemed short staffed so we were very patient. I just went in to eat menudo with my husband and so delicious we've been coming here for some time. We asked for extra limes and they said it would be extra charge which i understand since everything has gone up. I have a restaurant myself and everything from the basic thing like salt to meats has gone up on prices. Had the menudo and was very delicious ordered some food to go a tortoise chicken all the food is authentic here and delicious I would recommend if you are Hispanic or you like Mexican food just stop by here every one of their dishes are authentic and delicious
