I ask to use the restroom and i was about to piss my pants. The kid said it was for employees only. No sign, just said male and female bathroom. I know we have a bum problem in the springs but im not a bum. I walk in and ask to use the restroom and im delivering your product for you and making you money. Now, here in the springs if thats how your going to treat your customers then i guess im wasting my time as you wont be in business very long. You must have plenty of business...read full review
They told me the wait would be 10-12 minutes tonight. I waited over 30 min and the food was cold! What happened to “hot and ready”?? Not even so much as an apology for the long wait. Do better! Train your employees!!!
The employee had my order in her hand and kept going back and fourth to finish a conversation, or get a final word in with someone in the kitchen. I got a partial order I supposed and I can’t get ahold of anyone for a remake.
