Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed...read full review
Great coffee! It's much better tasting than it's competitor in the area. The atmosphere could just be a little brighter and welcoming.
Delicious coffee, great environment. Awesome ownership and roaster. Seriously, I should visit this place more! They roast my personal favorite decaf around also.
