Had an outstanding dinner at Nakhon Luang Thai Kitchen in Rockrimmon! Everything was fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. We had the handmade spring rolls, wonton soup with fresh vegetables, and the pineapple coconut curry with salmon. The salmon was fantastic, and the medium spice was perfect—just enough heat without overpowering the flavors.

The service is excellent, and the staff work with you if you have dietary restrictions. This is absolutely the best Thai food place in town, with nothing bad on the menu. It’s authentic Thai and very delicious, and they will tailor the spice level from zero to hero. The welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service make it a favorite for authentic Thai food.
