I ordered the new Alfredo meal I asked for the noodle that came with the Monte Mori since I don’t prefer fettuccine the cashier didn’t have a clue and kept messing up my phone number for rewards. I waited 20 minutes, even ran to the cookie store still wasn’t ready finally, the manager came over to me and wanted to verify that I didn’t want Alfredo or any kind of sauce on my pasta. I said yes I want Alfredo. She said the cashier told her no she then went. And was fixing your order spoke with the employee, which he Loudly was saying, that I said I did not want alfredo , I never said to leave out the Alfredo and why would I since it was an Alfredo meal?

I felt compelled to leave a review, after having such a wonderful experience at this location two days ago. We have been eating at Noodles chains for over a decade, but this most recent experience was even above and beyond what we have come to expect. The food was exceptionally good, the staff were conscientious and the service was very fast. We were very impressed. The staff seemed happy to be there and it made a difference on our experience. Thank you!

Didn’t get either order right whatsoever. Didn’t even realize until I drove all the way home. Absolute waste of $22

Had the Korean Steak, and this dish pops with flavor! Be civil and try not to lick the bowl. Although the chicken soup is the star.

Robin went above and beyond for my wife. Yesterday, we came by for lunch. My wife ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi and it came out with no shrimp. Returning today for lunch, Robin offered to cook up the missing shrimp, on the house. My wife took up Robin's offer and we shortly got the shrimp after.

When your name is Noodles and that’s the worst part about the dish that’s not good! Got me once won’t get me twice!

"Fall in love with our new menu"
No thanks, I just want the classics. Went elsewhere after learning all the menu options are different and I couldn't get what I wanted, Penne Rosa, which has been on the menu for 20 years. Rigatoni is not equivalent to penne. Booo

Service in Colorado is always better than Texas. I love coming back home, and I love the people in CO.

Undercooked fettuccine... not surprising from a generic chain, but somewhat surprising coming from a "noodle" chain. It's kinda supposed to be their thing.
