“The food was not good at all..i think some cleaning sprays got in the food.. it smelt like lysol and orange chicken. My husband and i got super sick after taking a few bites, that's when i noticed it had a weird smell. ?
The employees were all really nice though.“
“I don’t usually write reviews for fast food spots but the service here in the past 2 years has always been extremely professional and kind. No complaints with the food and always offered a free drink if they are running behind schedule with pickup time.“
“What are the medium order of chow mein with orange chicken at the Panda Express on Hancock and South Academy. The food was delicious, ordered it on the phone through the app by the time I got there it was ready the lady wanted me to fill out the survey which I do anyways yet unfortunately for some reason the receipt was cut off and didn't have the input code number on the back that's why I'm putting it online here. I always recommend these places because this particular Panda Express has a drive-thru Cinder relatively very quick I'm getting your order out and always being friendly and polite. On my app they gave me a medium chow mein for free for birthday month. So economically that helps out nowadays at least for me. Keep on doing the right thing Panda Express.“
“It was a very pleasant lunch with my partner. Plenty of fresh meal choices to choose from. The employees were very kind, respectful, accommodating and worked well with one another. Very patient as I was trying to decide what proteins I wanted with my meal. Plenty of choices.
One started creating the our order and past the meal to the other employee to finish the order and have use pay for our meal.
A very comfortable and relaxing environment. Tables were clean and clear of crumbs and residue from previous customers.
The overall cleaniness of the restaurant was immaculate as far as the eye can see. No residue from food dropping at the serving stations. There were no food contamination. Where there could be food potentially falling from the spoon into other food near by as they prepare our food choices. The employees move fast as they prepare our meals, but not to the point where they create a mess within the serving station. Thank you for that Panda Express Team!“

“They welcomed us when we walked in. They weee not too busy. The food looks fresh and very appealing.
My Hubby got a bowl with the Kung Po chicken , half and half with a side of Beijing beef. Cupcake got the cub meal with honey sesame chicken breast. I got a bowl with noodles and honey sesame chicken breast. We got some spring rolls as well.
We were checked out and the prices were reasonable. We will be back.“

“I ordered online for lunch but it was too busy so I was unable to get my order in time to return to work. Maddie was amazing to work with! I was able to work it out on being able to get my food. I understand what it’s like to deal with the dreaded lunch rush so I was not mad at all, just a little sad I couldn’t enjoy this delicious food earlier. 10/10 I will always order from here“

“So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.
Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.“
