Panda Express in Colorado Springs

“I forgot and didn’t really know this location exist. The food hit the spot for me and Jennifer that helped me was just so kind, sweet and offered great customer service with a great smile! She warmed my heart with my first experience going into this location!“

“So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.

Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.“

“Ryan and James where amazing. We had a really rough day and because of them we had great food and wounderfull service. They truly made our day because of the great attitude and atmosphere. Thank both for taking a min out of a busy day and being great people. 10 out of 10. Nothing better then great customer service. Hard to find anymore.“

“I've been here twice now and both times the service is top-notch. Very helpful and friendly employees and they are quick to replenish dishes. The food was great, and the dining area was clean. The music was a bit loud, but we were the only people dining in, despite them being busy with take-out orders.“

“What are the medium order of chow mein with orange chicken at the Panda Express on Hancock and South Academy. The food was delicious, ordered it on the phone through the app by the time I got there it was ready the lady wanted me to fill out the survey which I do anyways yet unfortunately for some reason the receipt was cut off and didn't have the input code number on the back that's why I'm putting it online here. I always recommend these places because this particular Panda Express has a drive-thru Cinder relatively very quick I'm getting your order out and always being friendly and polite. On my app they gave me a medium chow mein for free for birthday month. So economically that helps out nowadays at least for me. Keep on doing the right thing Panda Express.“

“They welcomed us when we walked in. They weee not too busy. The food looks fresh and very appealing.

My Hubby got a bowl with the Kung Po chicken , half and half with a side of Beijing beef. Cupcake got the cub meal with honey sesame chicken breast. I got a bowl with noodles and honey sesame chicken breast. We got some spring rolls as well.

We were checked out and the prices were reasonable. We will be back.“

“I ordered online for lunch but it was too busy so I was unable to get my order in time to return to work. Maddie was amazing to work with! I was able to work it out on being able to get my food. I understand what it’s like to deal with the dreaded lunch rush so I was not mad at all, just a little sad I couldn’t enjoy this delicious food earlier. 10/10 I will always order from here“
