The worst store of all time. We just ordered from the New Center Ponite Colorado Springs location and yet again missing items. When I called they would deliver an hour later so I had to tell my son he isn't eating dinner and they said they would refund the order but the sad thing is this has happened everytime we order from this store and the service is horrible. Love their breakfast quiches🥧 croissants🥐 baguette bread🥖The French onion soup is delicious and they have the best sugar cookies. Service was impeccable also.🙂
I had the best experience today! It is teacher appreciation week and I tried to get a large order (40+ lunches) from another Panera to bring to our teachers in Woodland Park! The other Panera was awful. And misinformed me and didn’t seem like they wanted to do the work. I then reached out to the Panera on Southgate and I was so lucky that ASHLEY answered the phone.
