“I placed an order but it was with the wrong location. When I went into the the location off of Astrozon the general manager assisted me by calling the location I placed the order at and had it canceled. She then made what I had ordered. The general manager Megan could have told me to go to location where I had originally placed it at, but she didn't. Megan was polite and courteous. I appreciate what she did for me. The crew members were also great. Frank was one that also assisted me. Great crew at this location.“
“I’m only giving 5 stars because the employee working on Friday night 8/16 was stellar! She was friendly, smiley, helpful and doing her absolute best even though management deserted her forcing her to work alone in a pretty scary neighborhood. Apparently this happens often. Disgraceful! Papa John’s Corporate will be called.“
“I have ordered from this store so many times and have always had excellent service. Only one time, they forgot one of my toppings. I called, and they asked if I wanted a new pizza sent out or a credit. I asked for a new one to be sent out. I was nervous that the driver was gonna be upset, having to drive to my house again, but she delivered with a smile. I will definitely keep ordering from this store.“
“Man I was having a rough day. My car broke down and I made a mistake entering my address. Just wasn’t thinking. I noticed that my order was delivered, but not to my address. I called and spoke to the manager. I explained that I made a mistake. They could have ignored me, but instead they were kind and understanding. They re-delivered my order. This was the first time ordering for Papa John’s. I just appreciate that they gave me a break. Thank you!“
“I live in Fountain, but I drive to Colorado Springs because this Colorado Springs location is way better than the Fountain location. I love their pizza they cook it all the way through, and it was delicious. The young men working were nice and professional and fantastic cooks. I recommend this Papa Johns location to everyone.
