Pizza Hut in Colorado Springs

“The lady that works the lunch buffet is amazing. She goes above and beyond. We've only been as an entire family twice, but she remembers us when we've gone other times without the kids and otherwise. The outside is almost scary and the inside is completely lacking any care as far as decor. The food was on point this week when we hit the lunch buffet with our girls.“

“I’m not sure how the pizza is, we never received it from grubhub, whoever picked our order up kept it for themselves. Anyhow, Amber at the store tracked our order down, called us back and figured out the person that picked it up cancelled it soon afterwards and had a free meal. She offered to remake the order or refund the money. I guess there are still some good people left in this world. As for grubhub, no bueno. Next time we will pick the order up and give the tip to more people like amber. Thanks for making it right“

“The boy Donald, or Don, was the man!!! He was absolutely amazing and was even cracking jokes. Don overall made my pizza hut experience a 10/10. Don gave me thee best experience I've ever had in food service. Funny, charismatic, and an excellent pizza flipper. Give donny boy a raise!!!!!“

“Actually, we dined in, had a delivered and I have to say after trying two other chains this last month Pizza Hut is still the best. I actually had pepperonis and cheese on my pizza for a change. Wow what a concept I don’t know why I ever tried any place else and the pan crust is absolutely the best. I love you Pizza Hut. Please don’t ever go away. !!!“

“I work in fast food, so I sympathize with the employees who were running the restaurant during my visit. I placed an order at around 6, and arrived to the store once the app indicated the food was ready. I went ahead and took a seat, and the gentleman I assume to be the manager told me it’d be a short wait. The general lobby of this location is definitely small, with some seating and a counter for service. I overheard another customer waiting for his order, in which the store ran out of most of their toppings, so the menu was definitely more limited. After the short wait my food was ready, the service at this location was generally professional and coherent to customers requests.
Onto the food itself, I ordered a large Crispy pepperoni pizza, that I was satisfied with for the price (12$). The pizza itself was dry, to be expected. The crust was flavorless with and generally too crispy. The sauce and cheese were light and flavorful, with nice consistencies and spices that complimented the overall pizza as a whole. I was generally satisfied with the pizza, although, I’ll likely go to Papa John’s or Dominos for a better price.
Pizza Hut does the job if you need some decent pizzas that taste pretty good.“

“Great food and amazing friendly service. I would definitely recommend this as a restaurant to return to or to order food from. I have fond memories of Pizza Hut from my childhood and this Pizza Hut did not disappoint. I ordered pizza and soda to be delivered and the dasher forgot one of the sodas but when I called the restaurant the gentleman on the phone was so kind and immediately remedied the problem and sent another soda right to my front door. I will definitely return to this restaurant.“

“I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant to try this Pizza Hut on S. Academy Blvd because of the low reviews—but I’m really glad I gave it a chance.

I ordered the personal pizza that was part of today’s $2 deal, so I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely impressed. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The crust was crispy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and it had that classic Pizza Hut flavor I’ve always enjoyed.

When I arrived, the cashier was very nice and explained that my pizza was still in the oven. She let me know she’d tell me as soon as it was ready—and she did. She was super attentive and professional, which made the experience even better.

Honestly, for a quick and affordable meal, this exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.“

“Ordered one of the deals, the bread sticks were a little stiff by the time they got here but they weren't bad. Nothing was burnt; the wings could have been better sauced but a bit of shaking on my end cleared the issue up, mostly. They did dash out my order but I'm under the impression this location doesn't have many drivers so I get it; please remember that the 5.50 delivery fee doesn't even go to the hut's drivers, so there's no need to fuss about that (it literally says on the receipt the delivery fee is not a tip). Fairly pleasant experience (my dasher was very polite and I believe the store did their best)“
