Okay here me and my family called to order pizza we should of ask for is name so we could call the corporate office but anywho we ask for the special she says order it online we are to busy why would she be rude like that tell your customer order it online we are busy if I was the manager there I would fire in a second but that really mess up how rude the are go order it online we are busy don’t order there there rude and they should be fired

They now contract their drivers out to Doordash so add 45 minutes to your delivery time. If they take your call or you make it through the phone tree, you'll get no service. I was told they only employee a single driver. My food was delivered cold and left on the ground. I had to spend 50+ 2 pizzas breadsticks and small wings.

Just tried to order a pizza online. Driver couldn't find my house. His manager said his driver tried to call me but I did not receive any calls. But the manager decided to cancelled my order. During the two phone calls with the manager, or whoever called me twice from the store, I feel he was too busy to offer any other solution for me, a regular customer, other than cancelling my order. In overall, I don't think the store appreciated my continuous business with them. So, okay. I will go with domino's from now on then.

We ordered delivery tonight. It has been a while since we came here for pizza; and I was reminded why the moment I opened the box.We ordered 1 - cheese pan pizza with extra cheese and 1 - pan pizza with sausage. The images are not for sensitive eyes. How in the world did these leave the store like this? What "quality control" standards do you have? We tried to call and no one answered. Not what we ordered and not even edible. Went to a competitor.

The pizza is lacking its signature flavor and crispness, leaves alot wondering who else can make better pizza? but your not supposed to out pizza the hut but this hut is being blown away by its competition. Less speed and more care for presentation and proper preparations helps a great deal.
Great customer service. V'Niece was amazing and was able to give us other options since one of our items was unavailable this time of the night.

Ordered the big box with wings. Wings were excellent. P, pizza not so good. Pan pizza, but edges and corners received hardly any sauce or other ingredients. If you like a lot of dry crust this will be an good choice

Friendly was friendly but ordered a pan pizza 3 topping special pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno. Toppings were correct but very skimpy. Paid for extra cheese, barely any cheese. Asked for extra sauce and well done, pizza was dry and if that was well done then regular cook would be just a warm at its best a frozen pizza.

My food was over an hour late. The driver had poor hygiene and made me lose my appetite all together. He smelled so awful. I feel like I wasted my money I don’t recommend eating Pizza Hut.
