The ambiance is nice, clean, and sleek, though a little dark with chairs that are a little uncomfortable. The food receives mixed but mostly positive feedback. Highlights include the ribeye, duck fat potatoes, and broccolini, which are very delicious. The Black Mule mocktail is delicious and highly recommended, while the smoked old fashioned is phenomenal. However, some dishes have issues: the bread service is a bit dry, the fries can be served cold, and one filet mignon arrived undercooked and was returned to the grill, raising sanitation concerns. The service is generally very good and friendly. Staff like Rick and Ethan are willing to listen and provide amazing service, while bartender Taylor and general manager Justin also ensure guests feel welcome. One server even remembered a guest from nearly a year ago, showing a level of care that is unheard of. The support staff is attentive, though some waitstaff can be less attentive after taking orders. Overall, the food is incredible and the high quality atmosphere makes diners feel they got their money's worth.
