We went to Rita's Italian Ice to celebrate a special occasion and were not disappointed! The store was clean and we received excellent customer service. Everyone behind the counter was really friendly and they even let us sample a few things since we had not been there before. We decided to pick the best of both worlds and got the 'Gelati'. The Italian Ice *and* the frozen custard together in one bowl was SO GOOD, it was truly a unique flavor experience and one...

We traveled all the way there just to find out they had an equipment issue the night before so the only Italian ice flavors available was blue raspberry and lemon. My least favorites. We'll go again but a post on the page would have saved us the trouble.

Reagan and Oliver were great! Extremely helpful and polite and made sure we were taken care of with fast service and samples so we were happy with our sweet treats, thank you guys :)
