I'm in Colorado Springs for work and I happened to stumble across there food truck on Fort Carson. I tried there Cubano sandwiche, let me tell you, having lived in Miami and Tampa. I have had my fare share on some really good Cubano sandwiches. All though they didn't use the typical cuban bread I'm accustomed to. They did an amazing job, it was delicious with a lot of flavor and very feeling. I was very pleased with my decision to give them a try. Thank you Bale...

Great service, great cubano, and a great atmosphere. Checked all the boxes for a quick lunch in town. I also have food allergies and they were very accommodating! Stop by if you want some great food from kind people.
