Very friendly and they offered us to be able to sample any of the salads. I got the jalapeno and it was fantastic! I tried another one and that was also delicious. I also happened to be very lucky and went on customer appreciation day so I got a free scoop of their classic to-go, I'm eating it for lunch the next day and it is fantastic! “We went in on Sunday and learned they were having a special for their birthday. First, the positive is that the burgers, fries and pickles chips were very good. Unfortunately, that is it. The service is though they were trying to make it a bad experience. 1.) We doubled the number of total customers from two to four. The two servers/bartenders seemed annoyed customers took from their chat time. 2.) Took three requests for water to accompany our beers and cider. 3.) Dropped food and walked away. Had to walk over to the far side of the bar to request ketchup and silverware. They were bothered as I had to but into their non-work discussion. 4.) We were watching the Broncos just when the comeback got awesome and the channel/feed changed. Had to again walk over to ask for service. Frowns and slumped shoulders, but it was changed back. 5) When odering our meals, we asked about and told them we were going to get the dessert, but check was presented before asking if we were done. 6.) Bill was larger than expected. Apparently if you add a patty to their Birthday Special, it does not apply - nearly doubles the price. After getting the bill, I asked and they said no add-ons. Okay, but would have been nice to have been informed when ordering. Didn't ask for an adjustment and it certainly was not offered. 6.) I do not recall leaving less than a 15% tip since my early 20's, but went below that today. While leaving, the two were pointing and laughing at us. This was in front of the only table with customers. I received low tips when serving and bartending, and sure, I assumed the customers were cheap, but also thought about what I could I have done better. I served at Guisseppe's and was so wanting a good experience in this awesome building. It was the polar opposite. Understand they have newer owners and I hope their time and investment pays off. Having service employees that like people and their job, would help.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“I wanted to treat my dad to pizza tonight, but the online ordering process was glitchy. I called the store and asked to get my order in manually for a few hours into the evening using delivery, and to get the 2/$20 1-topping 14" pizzas. The guy said the deal was for "online ordering only", and to try doing it on my laptop or desktop instead of my phone. The deal came up ok, but wouldn't allow for delivery, only pickup - and for ASAP, and the guy couldn't do it on the phone the second time I called. They. couldn't honor the 2/$20 deal, but they'd throw in a free dessert or garlic knots instead, um no thanks. He even admitted that the online ordering (and whole website) is prehistoric. We (my dad and I) gave up and ordered cheesesteaks for delivery instead. I was craving pizza, maybe I'll try again in the future if the website is updated from 2019. Oh, and to end on a bang... the delivery driver was not going to be able to get the orders out til 5:15pm, we wanted to get dinner at 4pm, so I could work on orders the rest of the night.“

“This was the first time trying Vitality Bowl. We both got the Vitality acai Bowl. The acai was a little different than I am used to. Maybe more of a frozen texture and not as sweet as I've had at different places before. It was still very good and I definitely know we will come back again. The fruit and other toppings all tasted very fresh. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing (couch and fireplace). I look forward to exploring their other menu items.“

Owner put his heart in the recipes and it comes through with generous portions and excellent flavors. New York style big slices with plenty of chewy cheese. No cornmeal here! The sauce’s flavor is robust and addicting featuring fresh garlic and a hint of sweetness that solves the age old dilemma of “red or white pie?” by combining elements of both. I was blown away as my favorite expectations of what food court pizza could be were shattered. They serve slices, whole pies, strombolis, salads, desserts and more, go give them a shot if you’re a pizza snob like me I know you’ll appreciate the trip!“
