“This is the spot for those living on Peterson or working at Peterson! I’ve had numerous dishes from here for lunch, and it’s always been great. Everyone at work always look forward to getting some lunch specials from here on Thai thursdays. I’ve had their Pad Thai, egg rolls, Thai fried rice, and pad see ew… and man oh man.. they’re all great. I will say my favorite is their vegetable egg roll and dinner serving pad see ew. “I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was fresh, with juicy chunks of chicken breast. I would recommend this place if you're hungry for sandwiches. They have a wide variety of sandwiches on the menu and you can modify any of them. It's themed after marijuana smoking, and it is reflected in the names of the sandwiches and the decorations. So, if you are offended by that, don't go. But, you'll be missing out on some delicious sandwiches. Yum!!“

He was attentive to all of his tables, keeping drinks filled and inquiring if we needed refills on soup/salad and breadsticks. The food was very good. Lived in COS off and on for 23 years. The Olive Garden is a staple. A guarantee. Salad & breadstick fun. I love 🥗.
The one thing that I noticed that has changed through the years is that all corporate restaurants are up north only. NO corporate restaurants are south of Platte.
Us Southies need to drive everywhere for good food and fun 😌

The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“Me and my man went to lazy dog for dinner last night, the server was super sweet and very attentive despite it being busy. Our server was Jaime and she had not only taken good care of use but everyone else based on the smiles with her interactions with them. My partner’s food came out burnt the first time but Immediately as we mentioned it our waitress notified her boss and had the kitchen remake which came out much better and was able to be enjoyed. Not only did she help us out with the food but offered compensation and was very kind and welcoming to the feedback. I really appreciate people like Jaime who go above and beyond, will definitely be returning soon!“

“Borriello Brothers on Platte Ave is hands-down my favorite spot for pizza in the Springs. It’s the original location, and you can really taste the difference—authentic, thin-crust, foldable slices just like you’d get in New York.

Their pepperoni is classic. The garlic knots are perfect. The vibe is relaxed, local, and no-frills—exactly what a great pizzeria should be.

I also love that this is the last remaining location still, reportedly, run by the original owners. It’s got heart, history, and flavor. If you’re a pizza fan, this place is a must.“
