Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Reviews
Missing items but worse than that: Saw posted that someone got twigs in their sandwich. Well I got a small plastic ball sliced in two in mine!! Just amazing! I can't see anyplace staying open with findings like these.
I love this place but I cannot for the life of me figure out how they have the Bobbie sandwich and no gravy! They offered it last year for a limited time but come on, that sandwich needs gravy it’s a thanksgiving sandwich and if I went to thanksgiving and had 0 gravy available I would flip a table! Bring back the gravy!!!
The sandwiches are not cheap, but very lack luster. My grilled Italian had limited meat and my husband got the Cole Turkey and there was hardly any Russian dressing (pictured). It was also super salty and for the price, I would have expected more. We went to the new one on Barnes, but this is the only location that popped up in Facebook.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a restaurant that offers delicious subs. Their French dip, made with Wagyu beef, is highly praised and considered one of the best. The meatball and pastrami subs are also popular choices, with the coleslaw on the pastrami sub balancing the meat perfectly. The Bobby sub is particularly noteworthy, as it provides a Thanksgiving-like experience all wrapped up in a sandwich. The cheesesteak at Capriotti's has been regarded as one of the best in the world, offering a burst of amazing flavors. Most customers leave happy, with some noting the friendly service from staff members like Mason, who is known for his great suggestions and interactions. However, there have been some concerns, such as waiting for orders or encountering dirty tables. While many enjoy the subs, feedback on items like the classic club has been mixed, with some finding the turkey dry. Overall, Capriotti's remains a spot where many find quality subs that surpass those from other sub shops.
