I had not seen a Del Taco for years, and it was a pleasant surprise! Taco Bell would not be around if it were not for the advertising! The staff was pleasant, the food served hot and quick and the selection was refreshing and creative.
One of the top five Mexican restaurants we have dined at anywhere. There were five in our party and each dish we ordered was outstanding. My shredded beef enchilada's we cooked to perfection and both the beans and rice were delicious. Highly recommend Senor Manuel's.

We stopped on our way through CO Spgs for dinner. Manny our waiter and the rest of the staff were super friendly and efficient. The food was good and the guacamole excellent. We will definitely come back. We love family businesses.
