“I am absolutely in love with this Vietnamese restaurant! I eat here once a week and every single time, I am blown away by the incredible flavors and quality of the food. The pho is hands down the best I have ever had - the broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the meat is always tender and juicy. It's like a warm hug in a bowl. And don't even get me started on the boba tea - The tea itself is so refreshing and delicious. But what really sets this place apart is the fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and they make me feel like family every time I walk through the door. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do, and it really shows in the food and the overall dining experience. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or just looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, do yourself a favor and check out this restaurant. You won't be disappointed!“

“I was there today lunch time, for some reason I ended not liking my food, but then server is kind and professional he's does solve the problem fastI just wanna give him a compliment. And also the food that i order to go me which is drunken was superb. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly stuff!!“
“We stopped here and ate in. It was a weekend and not lunch time, so not many people in restaurant. I only say that because I’ve read a lot of reviews saying how slow the service was - it was not like that for us. I thought my fresh made sandwiche took about the right amount of time (under 10 minutes) and my clam chowder was hot and came at the same time. The French dip I ordered was delicious and the chowder was superb. Was it pricey - yes. But my mother-in-law was buying so I didn’t care! She ordered flat bread (she loved it) and didn’t complain about the bill so we left quite pleased. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. I don’t live in the Springs so I may not visit again soon, but only because of proximity, not because of displeasure.“

“My husband and I love this restaurant. Their food reminds us of back home in the Bay Area. The Mapo Tofu, Beef Chow Fun, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Hunan Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup, and Egg Drop Soup are family favorites.portions are large enough to have plenty of leftovers.“

Lived in COS off and on for 23 years. The Olive Garden is a staple. A guarantee. Salad & breadstick fun. I love 🥗.
The one thing that I noticed that has changed through the years is that all corporate restaurants are up north only. NO corporate restaurants are south of Platte.
Us Southies need to drive everywhere for good food and fun 😌

“Our family came here on Father's Day for a family celebration. We were a group of 18 and the staff at this restaurant took phenomenal care of us!! The food was delicious and surprisingly quick!! Highly recommend!!!“

“Great but one flaw. I got the Pastrami and it was surprisingly amazing. Big fan! The 8in is $13.99 which is a little pricy but not bag. The one crime against humanity that Sourdough is committing is charging $4.95 for a fountain drink and a bag of chips. All together my lunch was a little above $20. Also a bonus is that there is not a tip screen so I appreciate that the increase cost of the food covers that.
Other than that, 5 stars!“

“I really couldn’t recommend any place as much as this one!! The food was completely amazing. The service was beyond top notch. I walked away feeling like I made new friends. I can’t wait to go back, this is my favorite place. Thank you to the staff that was so kind and attentive and helped us celebrate my birthday. I will see you all soon.“

“The service from Aiden was superb. He knew his menu and answered any questions we had. He was attentive to all of his tables, keeping drinks filled and inquiring if we needed refills on soup/salad and breadsticks. The food was very good. The pasta could use more sauce as it was a little dry, until Aiden brought out extra sauce to all of us. We truly appreciate his first rate service and representing the business well.“
