“We order from Jade Dragon all the time, it's been my favorite restaurant since I was a kid, and today proved to me why! I ordered online through an app, things didn't go right and the blame was largely on myself, however they went above and beyond to make things right and to help me however they could. “1858 truly lives up to its name. The Smoked Bison Burger was the best burger I have tried. From the first bite you absolutely taste a burger that is so rich and full of so much smoked flavor. The bacon was definitely high quality bacon so rich and thick. The bun was soft and the vegetables from the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh never frozen. The steak fries were nice and crunchy. I enjoyed every minute of dining at the restaurant well worth the time spent here.“

“I happened on this restaurant while hiking up the Seven Falls trail. Wha a fantastic find! The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was outstanding (I had the Western Slope Trout, with the Gold Pannery drink - both I would definitely order again!!), and the atmosphere was super charming. “There’s a weird smell when you walk in, and if you *actually* look behind the counter, there appears to grease or something on some ceiling tiles, especially near the vents. Not sure what’s up with that, but my food has always been good. I never eat in though, the smell is pretty funky.“
