Not the best. Was more of a bother to her than anything. Just asked for a Java chip and got some weird mocha thing. Asked for extra shots didn't get any. Was waiting in line reading the headlines on the papers when she finished with the previous customer but didn't do anything to get my attention just stood there. Also didn't do anything to get my attention when the drink was finished. Thought it had been long enough and looked up and it was just chilling on the counter. Communication is key when it comes to customer service.

Only reason I stopped there was my Grandson won some gift cards. Other than that, I don't go to Starbucks because they're over priced, the coffee smells burnt. And because of some of their Political Views.
Popped in here this morning for a caffe latte and it smelled and tasted like old fish. It was horrible.
