Jack makes good (scratch that great)tacos. I in fact LOVE ❤️ 😍 Jack's tacos. If there were a 12 step program for Jack's tacos I'd only go if they served those delectable morsels right next to the fountain drinks and coffee.

“Ben and the entire Taco Bell team absolutely crushed it! I accidentally ordered delivery to the wrong location, but Ben jumped in right away, helped fix everything, and even called the other store for me. Talk about above-and-beyond customer service!

Thank u for ur immense kindness.
I work on an ambulance with my partner and we were craving Taco Bell. We ordered online at 1 am and couldn’t go through the drive through due to clearance. We called to ask if it could be brought to us despite the store being closed and the team happily agreed (already so kind of them to do). After a few minutes of being in the parking lot we got dispatched out before the order was ready. We called to cancel our orders and the team gave us the option to have our orders held if we could get back before closing. We finished our call at 2:30am, 30 minutes before the store closed. We called to check if we could still come and pick it up, and not only did they hold our order for us, they made it FRESH. We met Ashton and they were so accommodating, even asked if they could get us anything else. We cannot say enough how grateful we are for them accommodating our unusual circumstances. Y’all are the best, thank you 🫶🏻“
“I go out of my way to this Taco Bell location because the other stores never get it right. I also appreciate how they don’t pull me around to the front of the store. Strategies like this make me feel like I will be forgotten. Not this location. Always accurate and fast! Sophie is also an amazing manager!!“
“They have good values on box meals, and they can be faster than off-base locations during peak hours. I think it's because this location doesn't get slowed down by all the food delivery app traffic. The Star Card gives a 10% discount, which makes things even better. I've never done special orders here, so things have always been straightforward.“
“This is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s. I use to be able to get a chili cheese burrito here, but you guys keep taking stuff off the menu and that kind of sucks lol. BUT The staff here is almost always amazing. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order. It’s always very filling and good and the restaurant is almost always clean inside. That’s why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work.“

“We went through the drive through for tacos. We got a dozen soft tacos . They were made fresh to order and a decent value a little on the skimpy side but that been taco bell for mist of my life. It wad a good quick mess and we enjoyed them but nothing very special tacos bell is pretty predictable.“
“In recent years I've just noticed and it might be all Taco bells, not just this location. Crunchwraps are not being made with meat even when requested for extra, tacos are lacking meat as well. I should not order a taco pack and basically get a salad.
Other than that, this place is good customer service and representation, atmosphere is just like any other fast food atmosphere that you find in our state“
“I’ve only gone through the drive thru at night to pick up a late dinner after work.
Every time I’ve gone, the people working the window have always made my night and been extra kind.

Except for one.
It was so spicy and also messy. It went everywhere. All of the cheese was all over the outside of the thing and chicken slices fell out.
The other burrito I like since it was really good and not messy at all.
Just a little tiny drops.
The chicken was really good by itself and with the sauce, even better

“It's taco bell. But damn this location has employees who give a damn about ya. Sometimes it gets busy and like anywhere else, you'll be waiting in line but that's literally every other fast food place. Clean bathrooms, unisex if you're into that kind of thing.“

“Stopped in on 6/3 at around 3:30pm and it was the best experience that I've had at this Taco Bell in a long, long time. The employee immediately and kindly took our order. We were about third in line and it only took around 5 minutes for them to make our taco pack and quesadilla. All the tacos were well constructed, nicely wrapped, and arranged orderly in the box, which is a far cry from our normal experience. The employees were kind as we left as well.
Not sure if it's new management or just a new crew, but it was a great experience, I hope they see this.“

“Ordered our food at the machine inside it took 30 minutes of us waiting before we walked out instead of waiting even more time for six items when they serve three other customers that walked in after us. I was contacted that night by the store manager and he reviewed the tapes and asked us to come back the next day so he could make it right. We did and held true to his word and even went above and beyond what was promised.“
“Love my Taco Bell and their $7 Luxe box combo with a fruit punch Rockstar drink. Get chips and cheese instead of the usual cinnamon twists is my advice. Always good for a late night meal that's not too terribly expensive. I'm a big fan of their soft or hard taco supreme. Beef chalupa is nom nom good too yo......or their Doritos locos taco 🌮. So many good choices.....“

“Food was fabulous we don't eat taco bell to often because they over lettuce everything, but when you see a pack dinner and a line around the corner you know the food is on point we stopped and wow it was great to get full off a little bit of the bell, there where 3bof us and I spent 29 bucks and left full.... couldn't be happier the kids were stuffed as well...“
