“Visited this cutesie taco bell on my trip to CO Springs. The staff was very friendly and they didn't hold back on the fillings in my burrito and soft taco. I liked the vintage style of the outlet as well - different from other taco bells“

“Had a great experience here last night 8/23. Very friendly guys working, perfect order accuracy. My only complaint is the shell inside the Crunchwrap had a weird taste from being fried in old oil, but that’s just a minor thing. This Taco Bell is the most competent one in the city. I recommend driving out of your way just for the good service!“

“Came in after a very long day of yard work and Kaitlin paid attention and did a great job serving us. I wish more places had people who did their jobs well. Thank you Kaitlin! The food was probably the best I've had in 15 years as well, at 9 pm it was hot and fresh!“

“For the first time in my life, I'm compelled to review a particular location of a fast food chain. Not because I'm bored, and not to complain, because there's enough of that. I'm very happy with my experience here.

Long-term patrons of Taco Bell will attest that the bar is not set high, and that it's a certain standard of terrible that you sometimes just happen to be in the mood for. This, strangely, was better than that.

All the vegetables were bright and fresh, served quickly, and more potatoes were made on the spot when they were out. We were served by a cheerful gentleman with a great attitude. All items were correct. No notes.“

“My girl and I visited at 2am right before they closed. The staff, Logan, Adriana, and Ray were extremely nice and had no issues taking our (somewhat) complicated order for arriving right before close. Logan made a lot of jokes and kept the mood very light. This visit and experience was great, and it is service you don't usually get from anywhere when you visit right before close“

“I've had nothing but great service and food from here. OCCASIONALLY they do mess up an order however its always minor things that are not worth complaining about, and i personally found a bonus, an example being rice on a simple bean burrito. The employees are always very nice and Curtious and will take the time to double-check and label your food if you ask them to no matter how busy they are. I wholly recommend giving this Taco bell your business.“

“I didn't catch his name, but I believe he said he was the GM, deserves all the good things in the world. We were having a bad night and we were so exhausted and he completely turned it around when he didn't have to, appreciate him so much!! Food was hot and tasted great. Seriously, hope he gets props for how good of customer service he is giving, went above and beyond.“

“My food was so good.
Except for one.
It was so spicy and also messy. It went everywhere. All of the cheese was all over the outside of the thing and chicken slices fell out.
The other burrito I like since it was really good and not messy at all.
Just a little tiny drops.
The chicken was really good by itself and with the sauce, even better

“I’ve only gone through the drive thru at night to pick up a late dinner after work.
Every time I’ve gone, the people working the window have always made my night and been extra kind.
I hope they get the recognition they deserve.“

“So this location doesn't serve breakfast, I guess not enough business. Was really craving a breakfast crunch wrap. The girl working the store on Sunday morning was really nice breaking the news to me that they dont serve breakfast. Give her a rise she was super nice and good customer service.“

“The people with the negative comments must've gone to a different location cause I've never seen staff at a fast food place as friendly and eager to help as this one. On top of that, the food was brought out super quick and was put together better than any other taco bell I've been to. I'll definitely be coming“

“So I come through here most days for breakfast and this location always does a great job. The guy at the window, Julian, is always prompt, friendly and quick to get my food, which I really appreciate. Sometimes this location can have issues, but I can say that never once had an issue coming through in the mornings, especially while dealing with him.“

“Unfortunately a customer had made a claim about me just because I used the bathroom. After wrongfully being accused by the staff there I showed and proved that it was not true. Due to
the inconvenience and embarrassment the manager came and gave me 2 vouchers for free food! His name is Ray and thanks to his gesture I went home feeling like a worthy person instead of what people look at me and assume me to be .“

“We came in for the lunch rush, we were missing a few items from our order and Miss.Alaria took charge and made sure we got our missing food and on top of that she gave us a coupon and apologized on the stores behalf . Thank you Miss Alaria for the amazing customer service.“

“Stopped in on 6/3 at around 3:30pm and it was the best experience that I've had at this Taco Bell in a long, long time. The employee immediately and kindly took our order. We were about third in line and it only took around 5 minutes for them to make our taco pack and quesadilla. All the tacos were well constructed, nicely wrapped, and arranged orderly in the box, which is a far cry from our normal experience. The employees were kind as we left as well.

Not sure if it's new management or just a new crew, but it was a great experience, I hope they see this.“

“The food is Taco Bell. I like it, which is why I go there, but it’s not great. Kinda like Mickey D’s. You know what you’re getting, which is mediocre high calorie food. Other than that, this location’s service and store cleanliness was just fine.“

Kayla was hustling and had things running smoothly. My burrito was mixed perfectly which is sadly uncommon and was appreciated. Kayla walked out my fries to my table and they were cooked perfectly“

“Only one complaint..... The music overhead was just as loud as the music from the kitchen. Not that I care honestly, however I was with a client of mine who is elderly and having a conversation was somewhat difficult. BUT!!!..... The staff working was great, all the way around! Very friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean and a comfort from the heat💜☯️👍“

“The veggie Mexican Pizza was really delicious and hot with lots of sauce and cheese and we got great service very friendly and all the sauce and napkins without asking. Better than many Taco Bells I have been to.

Vegetarian options: They offer veggie versions of many menu items which are clearly labeled and often means replacing the meat with a type of beans, either their traditional pintos or new black beans .“

“Their receipt printer was down but shout out to the staff working 7/6 around 2pm. Ordered online and checked order before we left, didn’t see the nacho cheeses and went inside saying it was forgotten. But nope, they were in there and they were nice about giving me another two. They also made my cheesey Gordita crunch beautifully.“
