Taco Bell in Colorado Springs

“We were craving Taco Bell for dinner so we hit up the one on Platte and we’re extremely satisfied. All the food came out extremely hot. We had a couple of crunchy tacos,a green chili and bean burrito and a crunch wrap supreme. everything was on point and hot. They were so excited to eat it.“

“Came in after a very long day of yard work and Kaitlin paid attention and did a great job serving us. I wish more places had people who did their jobs well. Thank you Kaitlin! The food was probably the best I've had in 15 years as well, at 9 pm it was hot and fresh!“

“Great location, we stayed at the great wolf lodge and the drury inn. Was nice to have something so close that was reasonably priced! Kind of a long wait but got our food and headed back to have some fun. Seems brand new but we didn’t go inside. Nice area and seems well taken care of.“

“Dude I went to this place at 5:00pm and they got everything in my order right and had it ready in 2 minutes. Every other Taco Bell I go to is like 10 or 15 minutes and everything looks like crap, but this place did great. Reminds of how they used to be.“

“My girl and I visited at 2am right before they closed. The staff, Logan, Adriana, and Ray were extremely nice and had no issues taking our (somewhat) complicated order for arriving right before close. Logan made a lot of jokes and kept the mood very light. This visit and experience was great, and it is service you don't usually get from anywhere when you visit right before close“

“Best service EVER! I placed a mobile order for a pick up in the drive thru. When I pulled up there was a line of about 5-6 cars, which made me instantly regret my life choices. So imagine my surprise when I hear the angelic voice of Tyriq R. telling me that I should try and hop out of line because my food was already ready. I backed out, parked, and was in and out in 60 seconds. Never in my life have I left a Taco Bell so satisfied all because Tyriq was looking out for me! You are the BEST!“

“For a fast food restaurant, It's an example. The service is effective, and the food, an experience that is indifferent to your schedule.

Parking: Drive thru, is relatively swift, a lot of people order a lot of items sometimes.“

“My fiancee and I ordered some food and doordash sucks and doesn't let us order sauce! We called after we placed the order and "THE SAUCE MAN" Hooked it up for us! We got enough mild, hot, and fire sauce to kill a small farm animal TIMES 3!!!! He delivered!“

Every time I’ve gone, the people working the window have always made my night and been extra kind.

“The people with the negative comments must've gone to a different location cause I've never seen staff at a fast food place as friendly and eager to help as this one. On top of that, the food was brought out super quick and was put together better than any other taco bell I've been to. I'll definitely be coming“

However the last 3 times we've ordered online we have paid for extra guacamole and have never actually received any , I'm sure it's partially on the delivery service however my wife is a menace without her guacamole.“

“More generous than the average Taco Bell in town. Add black beans to chicken cheese flat bread for a little fiber and protein, or add extra refried beans to any burrito item, you may obtain a chipotle size bean and cheese burrito. Reminds me of the days you could feel full from buying 1 grilled stuffed burrito for $4-$5. Easy to evaluate the values of many affordable ad-ons for yourself in the app or on the digital menus. Adding refried beans or black beans is about $0.30-$0.50.“

“So I come through here most days for breakfast and this location always does a great job. The guy at the window, Julian, is always prompt, friendly and quick to get my food, which I really appreciate. Sometimes this location can have issues, but I can say that never once had an issue coming through in the mornings, especially while dealing with him.“

“Updated review: Must have new management, generally decent to good service and food. No real complaints anymore for the most part. Occasional messing up a small modification or forgetting sauce, but usually they get everything right.

Old review: DO NOT GO HERE
This is the worst mismanagement of a fast food restaurant Ive ever seen, by far, and ive been to some god awful places. They will gauranteed get your order wrong at bare minimum. One of my "favorite" trips there, they ran out of chicken for their special, steak, and TORTILLAS. After I ordered a couple things from the 10% of the menu that was available, they managed to get those wrong and also gave me a 1/3 size power bowl served in a mexican pizza box. They also forgot the hot sauce and drink.
This is one of 4 equally bad visits, im done with them now. Other examples of things they can and will mess up: cold food (not as in it went cold, but as in it was never warmed up in the first place), a "chicken strip" for thei chicken strip taco that was burned, the size of a thumb, and had no actual chicken inside (it was just overfried breading), soda that tastes like water, a solid cup of ice with 3 sips of drink, leaving out part of the order altogether, completely ignoring things added or removed from the order (including things you pay extra for), subbing items without asking, miniscule amounts of toppings/ingredients so that your eating basically empty shells or tortillas, terribly rude service (specifically from a gril with a nose ring who sighs, rolls her eyes, slams the window, etc) and more.
Everyone here should be fired or maybe a few can be retrained. But the management here is completely absent or incompetent.
Do not go here.“

“Unfortunately a customer had made a claim about me just because I used the bathroom. After wrongfully being accused by the staff there I showed and proved that it was not true. Due to
the inconvenience and embarrassment the manager came and gave me 2 vouchers for free food! His name is Ray and thanks to his gesture I went home feeling like a worthy person instead of what people look at me and assume me to be .“

“The veggie Mexican Pizza was really delicious and hot with lots of sauce and cheese and we got great service very friendly and all the sauce and napkins without asking. Better than many Taco Bells I have been to.

Vegetarian options: They offer veggie versions of many menu items which are clearly labeled and often means replacing the meat with a type of beans, either their traditional pintos or new black beans .“

“Went to get street chalupas this evening. We ordered 6 (total) but the girl who took our order didn't tell us they come in quantities of 2 per order. So they began preparing 12 total. We pulled around and were told to wait. Aspen came out with some of the best customer service I've received in a while. She clarified our order, and urgently went back in to fix it. Remy also came out to let us know the steak would take a few minutes. We were so impressed with the level of care and service from these 2 employees. Big thank you to them for keeping the idea of real customer service alive!“
